Can i use these to set the string height on my squire bullet strat?

These only fit American made fender. Doesn't fit any mim or squire models.

can these be used for truss rod adjustment?

No. These are used to adjust the saddle height for each string at the bridge. Truss Rod adjust is 1/8" allen that has a longer than typical short leg. The truss rod allen can be purchased through Amazon as a pkg of 12 for $8.49 using the number part number 002-3811-049.

Will these work for fender player stratocaster?

If a .050 hex key is needed for adjusting the bridge saddles then yes.
