Hi, Thanks for your message. The two measurements is one for the packed box and other one is of actual dreamhouse. Actually the box is even very large and heavy so that is why measurement is given. The actual dreamhouse when assembled is approxiamtely 4 ft high. Hope this helps

Can someone who as bought this please tell me what the point in the lift if there's not a door to anywhere

My daughter had it for her birthday at the end of November. The lift door opens up onto each floor so that the wheelchair can access each level of the house. There’s a door to the lift entrance.
