Pricey But Worth It
Pricey but worth it. I originally applied a few years ago. I stopped at the top of my steps. Whenever it rains, you can see the product still protecting where I sprayed. It's more cost effective to order the concentrate. I ordered the ready to use as I needed just a little more. Read the detailed description how this product works and it'll make more sense why it's pricey. Long lasting too.

Easy Application, Color-free
Had a new driveway and new sidewalk installed, and the installer recommended putting a sealant on it after letting the new concrete dry for 30 days. Dancing around fall leaves and rain, we were able to seal the new concrete using two methods. Used a roller for part of it and, because our tank sprayer broke we turned to a small hand-held bottle sprayer to finish up and it worked fine, although it took a little time. It has a viscosity close to water and sprays easily. Two coats, as recommended, appears to be important. We ordered one bottle, which was not enough to cover our entire driveway but was enough to cover a sidewalk. We liked the results enough so that we ordered more to complete the task. Water from rains bubbled up nicely for the first couple of months, which gave us an indication that we'd covered the entire targeted area. Neighbors liked the look. There was no color change to the concrete. It just makes an area look damp when it's sprayed on. Three fall months after its application, it's still doing its job and the driveway looks good.

Easy and so far effective
Application was easy for a novice using a roller and went on even, covering my patio in two coats as instructed. So far has been good for water repellant and dirt cleanup, and did not change the color or sheen of my concrete. Would probably rate a 5 , just need to see how it goes after a few more months.

Solid performing solution
Recently ordered my second gallon jug of this awesome product. Sadly, I miscalculated how much I would need for my project and had to split it up over the course of a couple weeks, but the results are awesome. First time using a concrete sealer, this all in one solution makes it easy. Threw it in a sprayer and went to town on my garage and walkway. This second gallon is for the rest of my driveway. So far after a week of rain, the results are great! Water puddles up and bounces off the concrete. Now the first time I ordered this, it came in a product box and an Amazon box, which resulted to it leaking all over my brand new front porch which left a white stain mark due to poor delivery. I messages Amazon but nothing was done regarding this. Not the products fault as the delivery was to blame, but be careful and be sure to evenly spread once you apply. The packaging on the second gallon ordered was much better! Tightly packed in with more cardboard, I could tell they must have had issues with bad deliveries since mine. Glad to see it get fixed and will gladly recommend this product for future projects.

My go-to sealer for my chimney
Years ago, I used Thompson water sealer. The product changed over time; was milky and waxy when applied. I tried this product instead and have used it twice. The first time was for my chimney, which would leak when hit with high winds and driving rain. It sealed superbly; no leaks *at all*, ever. Then I purchased more to seal a concrete pad, and some touch up the chimney just in case. It's very easy to apply with a simple pump sprayer and performs exactly as advertised. This product is a winner; hope they don't change a thing about it.

Highly recommend!
This product was recommended to me by a friend who recently used it with good results. I used it to reseal my stamped concrete patio. It was formerly stained, which this cannot be used on, but all the stain and sealant was gone. It was easy to apply, dried clear as advertised, and clearly keeps water from penetrating the concrete. It has only been applied for a month or two and has only seen a few rains but no snow yet, so cannot speak to durability or longevity, but seems promising

Amazing and it holds up
Used on a pool deck for a saltwater pool. Amazing results, even with one coat. Take your time to make sure you get good coverage. I used a sprayer. Water repellency is amazing and lasts a season even in high traffic areas

SAVE YOUR MONEY
I wish I could rate this a negative zero. First it like water down milk, thought if I mixed it as suggested it would thicken up...nope...then I put it outside around my house foundation, applied 2 coats as suggested; 2days ago. It rain today on the 3 day. Wat do I see in my basement water. What happened to the water sealant...blah blah. This stuff is too expensive to not work. Who do I see about get a return cuz where did you all test this product? Unless you are making a home visit to apply the product, cuz u think I dont kno how to read, or by chance I applied it wrong...which I highly doubt. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT. I rarely leave comments, but if a product is bad, I will let other consumer ls know. This product sucks. I am very disappointed.

Its really a Ghost shield
I used it to seal my newly built 24โ x 24โ garage, it requires 2 but i wish i bought to 3 to fully saturate during application. Its true ghost shield, when it dries you didnโt know itโs there. No strong smell, no film on the surface that makes slippery. Only one way to find out this winter what this sealer claims. I recommend use a 3/8โ - 1/2โ thick roller.

Not worth the high price
Located in Ontario, I used it in sidewalks and also on low level brick wall. On the brick wall I can see water beads 2 years after the application. On the side walk, exposed to winter salting, water beads are no longer obvious. In my opinion the limitation of its durability on horizontal salt exposed stone does not justify the high price.
