This helps a lot to my autistic son. He’s gut problems and this helps him a lot. And he love it, tastes good!

My granddaughter used to deal with constipation a lot. These helped to keep her consistent with her bowel movements. Excellent product. She never had a problem taking them because they taste good.

Made a HUGE difference. There’s no delicate way to say this: I had very loose stools for a long period of time despite a very healthy, restricted diet. I had not ever tried probiotics for an extended period of time. I finally did some research to get a better understanding of what they do and how long they take to take effect etc. and landed on these because they seemed high-quality. I’m a believer in: start with a very low dose of anything, and then work your way up depending on results. So my strategy for these -and I highly recommend that you try this- was to take one of these (I’m 6 foot, 170 pounds) right before I go to sleep. That way if there’s any bloating, gas, etc. I’ll be asleep! Lol. In my research on how probiotics work, I discovered a few things: 1- you want to take them on an empty stomach because when you eat, the acid in your stomach increases to digest your food and kills all the probiotics you just took. 2-it takes considerable time for the probiotics to do their thing because the bad bacteria in your gut kill most of the good bacteria or the probiotics you just took, every time you take them. So it’s an incremental process. Imagine each time you take one you’re getting 5% closer to healthy gut balance. That said, I took them roughly each night for 30 days and noticed a great improvement within 10 to 15 days and while I have not taken any for a few weeks now, my gut still seems to be in good shape. I’m going to order more for maintenance. *I believe the empty stomach tip and even better, while you sleep so your body can work with it, is key*

My daughter was telling us every evening that her stomach felt weird and since she been taking these for almost 2 months she hasn’t complained at all. She likes the taste and they chew up very easy.
