We didn't test kelvin and lumen for this light, and this light won't emit UV. You will need to review the PPFD level which is important to plants, not kelvin or lumen.

Do i have to adjust the light for flowering or can i just throw it in my flower room?

No. PB series is full spectrum and high PPFD grow light,which is suitable for plant veg and flower.
