RK Racing Chain UCT2100(50) Universal Chain Breaker, Cutter, Press-Fit and Rivet Tool

For those comparing this to the MotionPro PBR tool, I honestly prefer this. For those looking at cheaper chain tools and wondering if it’s worth spending a bit extra, it absolutely is. Having a large collection of various motorcycles and track bikes, I wanted a dedicated garage chain tool as well as one to keep in my track tool box. I got this with the intention of it being my track tool just for redundancy purposes but I wound up choosing to keep this as my more regular chain tool. It’s just so easy. At this point I’ve taken off and installed 6 different chain setups since having this and I’ve had absolutely no issues with it. Every break is easy and every install the rivets sit flush. The over-rivet protection I thought was a gimmick is honestly amazing. It’s made very well and feels beefy. Some of the cheaper chain tools will deform and break after just a few chains, or one truthfully. I’ve done one 530 break for a 520 swap and a bunch of 520 chains and no problems. Compatibility across different chain types is a breeze and makes it super versatile. It’s well worth the money if you change your chain and sprockets even just once. Watch a YouTube video, save some money, learn a new skill, and do it yourself. Highly recommended.

This tool had some mixed reviews, all the reviews showing how the tool broke they most likely used it incorrectly, this was my first time using a chain breaker tool and it worked like a dream! Less than 30 seconds to pop off the old chain, obviously you have to grind off the rivet head first and then use the tool to pop the rivet out, this tool took care of it so easily, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TOOL!!! Top quality and affordable for what it is!! Don't listen to the bad reviews, I never write reviews but I absolutely had to for this one! BUY IT!!!

This is a high quality, professional level tool. It represents value in that it will do everything you need it to and do it for a long time. I put new sprockets on our motorcycles, so I needed new chains. I bought this tool over others because it has a good reputation. I was able to cut (break) the chain to length (then buy a new chain and cut it to the actual proper length. Oops!) and rivet it back together easily using this tool. I did this several times as I tried out new chains and sprockets. It adjusts to either rivet your chain or install a master link, whichever you choose. Great tool. Looks good, too, as any good tool should.

Used this on a 525 with a rivet type master. I'm not sure what these people are doing to break this tool, maybe they got a defective one because it seems like good quality to me. This was much easier than my cheapo one, pressing the master together before riveting was easy with the supplied adapter, and riveting to the correct flare was easy too, it seemed impossible to over flare with the provided components. Maybe the people breaking the tool aren't grinding the rivets before attempting to push out the pins? I don't know, all I know is it's a bit expensive but not as expensive as some others and this worked well for me. Also the case is nice and keeps everything organized, directions provided are nice too, clear to read and color images.

Looked like a quality tool. Instructions were adequate. Company even had a good utube video. The rivet die broke on second rivet on master link. I should have spent $30 more and would have tool still.

I just replaced my Chain for the first time ever and I bought this kit cause I also got a RK chain and this kit is absolutely everything you need. Worked super effectively and only learning curves I had was user error. Spend the extra money and buy this tool.

This tool works perfectly on my Suzuki OEM 530 chain. It's easy to use, made of durable materials, and I used it to remove and reinstall the chain. Installation was a breeze.

This is my favorite new tool. It was very easy to use. Watch YouTube videos. Go slowly when installing the rivet; take your time, and measure the distances of the pin end diameter and the joint plate distance. Get a good rechargeable digital caliper.
