Very useful tool for my husband

Seen this idea for easier picture hanging around for a while now but thought I’d give this one a go as the price seemed far more reasonable. Does what it says on the tin. Easy enough to work and good value as well

Easy to use and did the job.

Not the best, it really only works on small pictures, instructions state up to 9kg, however i used it to hang a 7kg picture and it felt like it might break the tool. The markers also are not that great and leaving a mark

Great piece of kit, very handy

I like the idea but the handle is too small for my hand, so any chance of lifting a heavy item up onto the wall doesn't work for me. However, for light pictures it works very well but it helps to have a buddy.on hand to take the picture from you while you mark the wall. The spirit levels are very small but do work. So, I like this item for lighter pictures. An interesting experiment from my point of view, if not quite as marvellous as it first appeared. 4-stars though. Please redesign for bigger hands!

This is a time saving tool which allows you to hang pictures more quickly. The accurate positioning of pictures using traditional methods, has depended upon the use of a tape measure and arithmetic to calculate the position of the hanging on the wall. Sometimes the use of spirit level has been required when hanging adjacent pictures. This device provides a method of holding the picture while you locate the correct position, and after lifting the picture from the tool, the device provides a button-press method to mark the wall. The mark is then used to locate the accurate position of the wall hanging fixture, whether you select (not supplied) a nail or damage free hook. The tool also usefully incorporates two spirit levels for vertical or horizontal hangings, and can be used for wider two-point hangings of the pictures. There is a small limitation to the use of the device, because the tool can be described as a long handle to temporarily hold the frame while you position the picture against the wall. The length of the handle is necessary for wider frames, but the handle also limits the proximity of the final picture to the ceiling or cornice of the wall. This means that the device cannot easily be used if hanging a picture within 25cm (10 inches) of the ceiling. This small limitation apart, the tool is a useful for accurately hanging large quantities of pictures more quickly than traditional methods. The ideal time for purchase would when moving into a new home and facing relocating any set of pictures, or re-hanging pictures after painting and decorating a room.

Do not waste your money. Almost next to useless. No good for suspending pictures that are hung from strings or wires. If the picture is to be hung from a clip or eye hook you will be just as good using a tape measure and a spirit level
