21st Birthday Party Decorations for Her Rose Gold Supplies Big Set with Birthday Banner and 21 BDay Digit Balloons for Women Including Latex and Confetti Balloons

You need to have a helium tank for the number and champagne balloons. The others can be either. /or. The slick waterfall backdrop has an adhesive built in for easy hanging. The happy birthday sign has to be strung together. It was a fairly easy assembly but it was difficult to get the champagne balloons to stay. This is perfect for a venue party.

The balloons were a great shade of pink and easy to blow up. I had no problem taking the big balloons to party city and getting them blown up for cheap!

The only thing this set is missing is a pump. I had to blow the balloons up with the straw that was included. Be careful with the confetti balloons!! I was blowing it up and one of the pieces got stuck in my throat!!! Other than that, it is a very nice looking set.

Super easy and beautiful

The pack of decorations was great! I used this as decorations for a colleague and she loved it! Took us about 30 minutes to assemble - blowing up the balloons, numbers, and bottle, hanging everything up and extending the Pom Pom decorations. Great price!

This set is so worth it! Everything is pretty good quality but we did have one problem. The champagne balloon had a slit and I didn’t know notice till after trying to fill it up for 10 minutes lol It was an easy fix with clear tape but other than that, worth it

The office loved the color and the theme behind our co workers 21st birthday. Quality and shipping is great. Would recommend to family and friends to purchase.

Beautiful decorations. My sister really enjoyed then. I took the balloons to a retail party store for air. The bigger ones lasted a few days, the latex small balloons only last 2 days before sinking. I'd recommend blowing these up a day before your event, not sooner.
