after a lot of trouble to contact the company ( I ended up having to use an Amazon rep) a new one arrived in the mail within a week.I use my Milwaukee stuff lots, especially doing major remodeling of our house. I have the drill/driver set, a leaf blower, full size Skil type saw, Sawzall, impact driver and use them lots so having extra batteries is great.These replacement batteries last a long time, charge quickly, basically act just like the Milwaukee brand.But... one of the two failed. Just quit in the middle of drilling. My attempts to contact the seller were very frustrating. Eventually I got a hold of an Amazon rep and they promised to contact the seller on my behalf. Within a day I had an email from the seller saying they heard from Amazon and would send a replacement unit right away. Sure enough I got it a week later. It's on the charger now before I use it the first time, but I'm hoping it'll be good.All that to say I'm not sure about the long term viability, but the first 4 months have been just fine, all things considered. The are a much more reasonable price than the Milwaukee brand batteries. I'll just have to wait to see if they turn out to be as good as I hope.

I purchased these batteries for our maintenance department thinking I would save the company a few bucks over the name brand. Huge mistake, one was DOA, would only flash when trying to charge. The other charged twice before it too started flashing. We have six Milwaukee chargers, guys tried them and several different chargers with the same results. Called Amazon for replacements and they soon came, oddly enough, they have been fine. Problem is, when I asked the costumer representative what to do with the old ones, he said "you can not mail used lithium batteries back once opened. I did as he asked and discarded them.Well I then revived a charge for the replacement batteries, replied several times to the seller but they just kept repeating "You need to return the batteries or be charged the amount of $81.61. I kept replying back as noted but eventually our company card was charged and I'm out basically two batteries or you could say we paid $163.22 for cheap knock off batteries.LESSON LEARNED!

received two batteries and one didn't charged. plus you have to play around with the charger to get it working.guess that's what you get for buying cheap batteries/after market.

I went out on a limb and tried these but they do not work. Will not charge with factory chargers as it doesnt recognize them and only flashes red and green. Seller sent new ones but they do the same thing. I do not have a knock off charger to try but they will not work with the three factory chargers I tried.

Well the advertisement makes it seem that the batteries are Milwaukee; to be fair, they just might be. The one’s I received did not fit properly on Milwaukee charger and they’re were loose on the gun’s.Now perhaps the ones I received were ready bad, other customers that might’ve bought these are great, but not for me.

We purchased the Milwaukee cordless drill, and the batteries separately. We have been satisfied with the performance of the batteries.

I would not waste my money on these. If I could give no stars I would. As soon as we started to use the batteries with a Milwaukee drill the battery melted.
