Great-Tasting & Clean Protein powder
I’ve tried a lot of plant-based protein powders, and KOS is easily one of the best! The flavor is delicious (not chalky like some others), and it blends smoothly into shakes, oatmeal, and even baking. I love that it’s made with clean, organic ingredients and doesn’t have any artificial aftertaste. Plus, it’s easy on the stomach and provides a good amount of protein without feeling heavy.

My ALL TIME FAVORITE VANILLA! And I have tried MANY
First, I only use ONE heaping scoop. Two seems too sweet, too much to me. The most I use is about a scoop and a half.Love the flavor. Only one I have tried that doesn't taste like chemical vanilla.I use a mini blender, the kind you can drink out of it and it blends really well.I put in bananas and/or avocado, blueberries, as long as not big pieces even frozen fruit works in my Hamilton Beach mini blender. The vanilla flavor is a great base for about anything.I try to get it on sale, yes, it's a bit pricey, but most of the good ones are.And well worth it for a month of breakfast smoothies.IF you haven't found a vanilla you like, I would say give this one a try. If you can get the small one on sale to try, that's best and like I mentioned, you might want to use just one to one and a half scoops to start.

Use 1 scoop instead of 2. Then decide if 2 scoops is for you
So when i got it the instructions says to use two scoops. So i did. I used coconut milk + 2 scoops of KOS + some ice+ frozen berry mix. So this combination was WAY too sweet. Also felt really grainy. Almost wanted to throw up and made me nauseous..... KEEP READING....Took me a while to get the courage to try it again. I waited until i was starving. Used milk+coconut milk+1 scoop of KOS +ice+papaya /tropical frozen mix. This was so yummy!! it tasted creamy. Finished it up in a few minutes. I will add that i added the liquids + KOS and blended it in for like a minute to make sure the powder dissolved. It really it help. After it blended i added all the frozen fruits and ice and blended again. Made me feel nice and light+ energized. Will note that this does make me burp more and gassy. But i feel like the food i eat through the day digests faster. My stomach does not hurt either. I am using KOS as a meal replacement. And it does keep the hunger away for sure. I would play around with your recipe. It takes a couple of tries to get the perfect consistency and flavor.

Delicious and so healthful!
This protein powder is a hit for my family! We all loved it! The flavor and how it dissolves well into both water alone and smoothies is unmatched. Plus its plant-based which is great too! Definitely would recommend to friends and family and will be enjoying adding this to my health routine.

Taste is great, texture not so much
This is the first vegan protein powder I have used and was really happy with the ingredients listed in the product. I was hesitant to buy because of such mixed reviews regarding texture and taste but decided to give it a go anyway. All in all, it wasn’t bad but it also wasn’t great.Taste: 4/5. I HATE the flavor of alternative sweeteners like Stevia etc and although this protein powder does have a hint of that, it’s really not that bad. It’s definitely sweet tasting but doable!Texture: 3/5. The texture is undetectable when the powder is mixed with a bunch of other ingredients but not the best on its own. It can be a little clumpy and grainy. These are the recipes I tried:In an açaí bowl: wonderful amazing loved it hardly could tell it was there in terms of both taste and texture. In a fruit smoothie: taste was slightly more apparent but the texture was still totally smooth and didn’t stand out at all. With unsweetened vanilla almond milk: flavor was OK but the texture was really just not enjoyable at all. It was very grainy and didn’t blend well using just the protein shaker and a spoon to mix. A thick film of chunky unblended protein sits at the top and makes drinking it very unenjoyable. Blending in a nutribullet might make that better but not sure!I’ll likely shop around to try a few other vegan protein powders to compare them. If the ingredients are your priority then this is a great option but if you’re a stickler on texture, maybe try something else.

Run. Don’t walk.
Menopause makes it VERY difficult to find quality organic protein at a great price point. But this stuff is great. It’s not gritty, it doesn’t have a weird aftertaste and doesn’t smell weird (You know how protein powders can be). Blends GREAT with an immersion blender, tastes great plain, with added fruit or coffee. It IS a little sweet, but I haven’t had sugar or sweeteners since ‘Nam so I’m not a good source on that.

Love the organic protein and NO ERYTHRITOL! Lovely flavor
I use this mild tasting powder in smoothies & when baking for extra protein boost. One positive is its organic so not putting pesticides, herbicides. etc in my body. The other huge positive is its one of the few protein powders that is free from erythritol. Prior to using this product, I’d been getting horrible ice pick headaches, & was getting worried. My husband read an article about all the nasty side effects from erythritol - I stopped using another brand of protein powder which had erythritol- & my headaches disappeared immediately! Do the math, its worth a few extra pennies.
