Delicious & nutritious!!
I don't remember how I found this mix - probably browsing vegan food on Amazon - but boy, I'm glad I did! This mix is easy to use: just mix it in a mug with some water, and microwave. It makes for an easy and convenient breakfast. It tastes good, and the nutritional value is also good; my nutrition app rates it an A-. I appreciate that it is vegan while still providing me with protein, fiber, and iron. The main downside is that the muffin it produces is a bit small, but that's to be expected given the nutritional content. If it was any bigger, it would have too many calories (at least for my purposes). Some people might also be wary of the sugar/sodium content, although it has not been a problem for me.I eat this everyday for breakfast now, and it has helped me stick to my eating plan without feeling deprived. Definitely one of my favorite foods at the moment.

Yum!
I am not GF or vegan. But needed an alternative for guests at my daughter’s birthday party. These are AMAZING. So good. My cousin (vegan) recommended putting chocolate hummus on them instead of icing & I would totally eat these like this again.

One Serving!
When it says "one package" it means one serving. I just paid $10 to make one mug cake. It better be amazing.

Overpriced
Tasty but Very overpriced. Mix 2 scoops of vegan protein powder with monk fruit, cinnamon, almond flavoring and applesauce. You’ll get a higher protein treat with no sugar.

Yum!
This is yummy - and it's a smaller quantity than their high protein ones (which seem huge to me). I personally think these are way more delicious (I've had the chocolate vegan one, though, not this flavor) than their high protein ones (I've had a myriad of those). Don't get me wrong: they're great for what they are - but these vagan ones are way cloer to 'yummy cake' than those others! But whatever you decide to try, I suggest their website - it looks like they've built in the shipping cost into the price here - you have more flexibility on their website!

Chemicals in a bag. Where are the ingredients?
The fact alone that the ingredients are hidden, not shown & not even available on the listing, photos or any of the details should be reason enough not to buy this. You’re paying $6-$10 per serving for a plastic bag full of chemicals. Yes, a plastic fork is vegan, gluten free & soy free. That doesn’t mean it’s healthy or even edible.
