Product was as expected, we got sent the wrong case.
The case is great. Sturdy, compact, and everything was in it as specified. We ordered the Patriotic and received the fish one. I could probably send it back and reorder, but it's too much of my time, so we are just settling for what we got.

Good size
This is the same one I purchased locally a number of years ago. It is large enough to store my hearing aides as well as a backup pair. Periodically I use a special dryer but otherwise I like to keep my hearing aids in this container. The beads can be refreshed in the microwave very easily.

They work
I bought this for my husband. He has very "wet ears" where he constantly gets earwax in his ears. His hearing aids used to work for a couple of days and then they stopped. I had to constantly clean them and blow on the inside to dry them up so they would work. Sometimes I could make them work sometimes he had to put them in his case for a couple of days to dry them. His case previously had those "pill like things from vitamin bottles".When I happened to see this on Amazon I had to try them. Now he puts them in the dehumidifier at night and in the morning they are ready for him to wear. It's been a Godsend because I was really a pain to keep blowing in them to dry them. I definitely recommend for anyone. Even if you don't have "wet ears".

Good...but didn't last
This appeared to be the same product my audiologist gave us for our son's hearing aids. I wanted to order another one to keep this in his backpack for school. However the desiccant lid came off and the beads spilled all over the jar. I am unable to get the lid back on the desiccant. Quite unfortunate.

Keep Your Hearing Aids Dry
I was going to my audiologist more often because the aid would just stop working. Switched batteries and that did not work. Audiologist switched the tubes and still that was not the answer. So she recommended that I get the deumidifier.I never knew "moisture" could get into the hearing aids naturally from moisture in the air. The tubes I sort of knew it could, but not the actual aid. So my audiologist told me about the dehumidifier in a jar. I bought it and have now been using it faithfully for the first week.

If you own a hearing air, you need a way to keep moisture out
For my first hearing aid, I didn't have something like this. I kept my aid in the bathroom and accidentally walked into the shower more than once wearing it (pulled it out almost immediately, but still). My first aid lasted about 2 years before starting to act erratically. For my second aid, I did the research and realized how moisture damages it over time. This dehumidifier is a good price, seems to work well, and can be reset when the pellets change color. Only time will tell, of course, but this is a small amount to pay to ensure that an expensive hearing aid stays in top shape.
