BUNNMy Cafe Pourover Commercial-Grade Pod Brewer

I purchased this coffee maker less than two years ago as a new unit. From the beginning, I have to say it's been a disappointment of an appliance. Out of the box, it had a broken pod holder, which Bunn did gladly replace when I called them. Then, about a year into the purchase, it began to leak around the seal where the pod holder attaches. I ordered a replacement pod holder and was able to resolve that, but now, less than 6 months later, it has begun to leak water out the bottom of the device. After reviewing the forums, it appeared I could get some type of seal kit from Bunn to fix it. But after being on hold for 20 minutes, then getting passed around from one agent to another, I was informed that this unit is not repairable, and that the best they could do is offer a "REFURB" unit for $50 and I suppose whatever shipping costs would be. After spending so much money on this coffeemaker, and having several issues with it, I just can't see pouring even more into it. I'm now searching for a different brand that will hopefully be more reliable... Very disappointed.

Perfect coffee maker, this is my 3rd Bunn Pourover, The last one worked for 3 years, the first , also. I don’t like a big pot of coffee, like one at a time, also I make tea once in a while. drink Folger’s Hazelnut and French Vanilla. I bought this in June 2018, it had a 1-year warranty, it conked out on June 23rd, 2020!!! That’s a good product, and , yes I will be ordering another.The very best coffee maker ever. It doesn’t leak, unless you’re careless, I make a Latte by frothing 2 ounces of 2% milk, pour into a hot cup, brew two shots of coffee on top of that. Mmmmm good!!I would like the option to use a k-cup once in a while. Do you have a Bunn part that would fit it? I'm not willing to buy a Keurig machine.

Water well was broken :(

Purchased this type of Bunn Coffee/tea Maker over 10 years ago and never had a problem with it. Loved it. Purchased a new one for our new kitchen. They changed the internal design for a direct water line and if you don't a have a water line you are given a plastic hand squeezer to prime the water reservoir. It failed to prime or heat after over 2 hours of multiple efforts. I no longer have the factory box and a return is not allowed. I am out almost $400.00. Don't buy this unit for home use.

I purchased this coffee maker in May 2011 after my 4th Keurig brewer in 3 years bit the dust. So far, it's been a wonderful and very reliable coffee pod brewer. Compared to the Keurig, it's water reservoir is a bit smaller, it's not as sexy looking, and the brew cycle is noisier, but on the other hand, it has worked reliably from Day 1. It uses the flat coffee pods instead of K-cups; I purchase empty pods and make my own using my preferred brand of coffee (Thanksgiving). This also eliminates the guilt of tossing all those little plastic K-cups in the trash.I know several reviewers have complained of problems with this machine but I've had very good luck with it. Now that I've published this review, I hope it continues to brew my coffee for many more years.

I have had this Bunn commercial grade pod brewer for several months now and must say, it is the best! Yes, it is expensive, but it is priceless. Easy to use, easy to clean, easy to refill...what more could you want? Oh yes, tall travel mugs also fit with no problem. It also accepts larger size pods so you can really get a strong brew if that it what you like - and, of course, that is what you like. :) I have had many styles of coffee makers and this is the cadillac of brewers. No - it's sleek, refined and speedy - it's the jaguar of single brew coffee makers. I also like that it takes pods rather than the packaging wasting Keurig cups. Buy it now. You won't regret it.***UPDATE APRIL 30, 2012My wonderful Bunn pod brewer just stopped working after about 18 months of terrific service. Now, the water just runs through as soon as I turn on the power switch. I read that someone else had this problem. Will contact customer service and see what can be done. For now I have changed my 5 star rating to 4 stars.

It is working fine now but the first 10-29 cups had a burnt electrical taste. Smelled like hot wires now it works fine. First cups tasted awful. Works well with cool beans pods

Leaks in the sides . So so machine

used one in our restaurant for 5 years ,bought second one.
