Customer service melted my heart
I am rewriting my views for the product, as I had earlier mentioned that there was dust in the masala I washed them,sun dried them and then used them . Fragrance of the masala was good.The customer care executive for monbangla had contacted me regarding my grievances and apologized for that,not only that they refunded the entire amount 285/- via A/C pay cheque, their truthfulness is very much admirable,now I am apologizing for commenting so late,I had received the cheque almost 2 weeks ago but I was terribly sick to even sit.I hope they will forgive me and lastly may God pour his blessings unto you guys for truthfulness.
