Okay, I've had your average BBBs before. I've been a LHC member, etc. I'm all about my hair and have been for years. I will say the shape of this brush quite impressed me right out of the box. The number of BBs not so much at first. But after brushing my hair, I changed my mind.I know my hair looks like it has henna in it. Actually, it's been bleached a few times, had an Olaplex no.0 treatment, toned and had an Arctic Fox Electric Paradise (I think that's what it was called) applied to it. That was about 6 weeks ago. The Olaplex quite impressed me as my hair normally turns to straw after moderate bleaching and I took it further this time. But my hair was still not exactly gorgeous. But then I'm not sure it ever has been since I stopped applying BAQ henna years ago. On its own, my hair is dry, fluffy, frizzy and a little ridiculous looking (and that was before bleach). So I said, you know what? I should try a new BBB. Let's see what's available today that I can try. And thus I found this one.I've had it now for about 4 days and while I don't brush each strand 100 times, I do brush for about 5 minutes or so until I'm satisfied that it's smooth and soft. This is the end result and I'm loving it. I've even decided to go back to water only washings. ♥️I've noticed one bristle fall out, and there aren't very many, but the brush wasn't expensive so I'm not complaining, just sharing. Very satisfied with my purchase. I've used it on my children as well and their hair looks much more tame and shiny than before, especially my daughter who inherited my lion's mane.The most noteworthy difference between this and the average BBB is that it separates the hair while pulling it in. This was always my frustration with BBBs. They would never seem to go past the surface of the hair. This one does, and so I feel like less brushing is actually necessary. I credit that to the shape, the nylon(?) bristles, and the distance between those bristles. And perhaps having less BBs per hole also helps so the hair can actually get between them and they can be of more use to it. I also love that because of the shape it cradles the head as I brush. I couldn't ask for better.

I really love these brushes. They fit the curves of my head so they seem to cover more hair in a stroke. They are good for detangling and have a comfortable feel against the head. Plus Boar bristles help give added shine to your hair. They also wash and dry easily without holding excess water. Love them!

The way this brush is shaped feels so comfortable when I'm brushing out my hair. I like that it is shaped for your head. It doesn't help with frizz at all, but I really enjoy using it.

After my 40s my hair completely changed from thick, corse hair to thick fine hair- super weird. I kept brushing with the same brush and eventually realized the old brush was just frizzing out my hair.This brush feels amazing on my scalp- gets through the layers of hair and somehow shines my hair while brushing.I love it and would recommend it to people with fine hair.

Very soft bristles, like a massage when brushing hair. My favorite brush yet.

Good for dry flyaway hair but so curved that it doesn't work that well on my thick hair.
