Gentle pain relieving heat
My wife first used moxibustion patches for frozen shoulder. However, we moved several years ago and have been unable to find her original brand. Fortunately these work just as well. There is just enough English to guide you through the process, plus several pictures. Google Translate will help if you want more detailed instructions. Don't forget to apply the plastic disk after 30 minutes to keep it from overheating.

Some patches worked very well - got real warm and lasted 8 hours or more. Some patches ( a smaller number) did not get warm at all and were helpful.

Worth it!
This item looks like a band aid, but the bandage part has something that heats up when placed on your body. It really helps with my chronic leg pain. I put it on at night and it stays warm for hours. This moxibustion patch is applied to the shoulders and waist to reduce fatigue. Very warm feeling. i love it.
