Best Power Supply Out There
I recently upgraded to the Gf1 Series Power Supply, and I'm thoroughly impressed with its performance and features. This power supply is not only 80 Plus Gold certified but is also Intel C6/C7 States ready, delivering up to 90% efficiency. It's optimized to work seamlessly with all generations of Intel's processors, ensuring maximum energy savings. One of the standout features is the ultra-quiet 140mm hydraulic bearing fan. This self-lubricated PWM fan not only provides superior cooling performance but also operates almost silently. The Smart Zero Fan technology is a game-changer, auto-regulating the fan speed based on power consumption. The fan kicks in only when the PSU workload surpasses 30%, and there's even a switch at the back to turn off the fan for constant spinning if needed. The build quality of this power supply is exceptional, with 16AWG wires ensuring durability and reliability, especially for high-end enthusiasts' PCs. The use of Japanese capacitors at 105°C offers the highest stability, durability, and reliability, enhancing the overall lifespan of the power supply. The Zero Cable Platform design, where daughterboards are directly soldered to the motherboard, contributes to better heat dissipation and impressive output power quality. The low ripple noise, less than 30 mV, ensures excellent performance and reliability for critical components like high-end graphics cards. Strict voltage regulation (<2%) for major rails is a significant advantage, surpassing Intel's standard of 5%, guaranteeing the highest performance. The high amperage single plus 12V rail ensures a stable and reliable power supply to all PC components. Safety is a top priority with industrial protections, including Under Voltage Protection (UVP), Over Voltage Protection (OVP), Short Circuit Protection (SCP), Over Power Protection (OPP), Over Temperature Protection (OTP), and Over Current Protection (OCP). This comprehensive protection ensures the safety and longevity of the power supply and connected components.

Great PSU
I think this is the best PSU for the money. I have a 850 in one rig and a 1200 in a rig with a 5080, since I couldn't get a 5090 and realized I don't want to spend $3k+ on a 5090. So great power supply. Quite. Due to it being modular it's easy to manage cables as you only need the ones you plan to use. Functions as intended, not much to say about that. Great it has a switch for zero noise levels though I never use that function. Heafy in weight but great build quality.

Excellent value!
Excellent PSU at a good price, has been powering my 9800X3D+5090 build for a year without issue. Thermaltake's high end units are always great, ignore what you hear about their Smart line as it's not representative of their entire product stack.

My PSU died
Randomly one day my power supply just died out of NOWHERE, at first I couldn’t figure out the problem but when I did I was like oh damn. Got this bad boy, got somebody to hook it up & it has a 10 year warranty??? Firstly, this 1000w one I got is pretty overkill for most PCs so it’s already future proofing & I got it for a deal with that 10 year warranty, beautiful.

Very good performance, silent, ATX v3.0 and PCIe 5.0, but QC should be better.
The Thermaltake Toughpower GF3 850W is there with the top performing PSUs. The unit is fully modular, is compatible with ATX v3.0 and PCIe 5.0, it comes with PCIe Gen 5 16-pin 12VHPWR connector and it runs almost silent. When the fan runs, it has to be hot, it only produces 30dB of noise at full speed, which is the quieter fan on my computer. Also the Smart Zero Fan switch allows the PSU fan to operate at high loads, so it does not even run most of the time. I come from the GF1 series which offers similar performance and still going strong after 5 years running. This Thermaltake GF3 comes with top of the line components, as good or better than other overpriced models. The cables are a bit stiff, because they are thick (16AWG), which allow then to deliver voltage at high loads without getting hot. Talking about cables, two of the PCIe 8-pin cables were missing, even though the package was sealed. Quality Control (QC) should have caught the missing cables. I found out when I was already building the computer and was about to power the GPU. Thermaltake did send the cables, but the whole process set me back two weeks. The Thermaltake Toughpower GF3 850W is a solid unit, it is fair priced and it comes with a nice 10-year warranty.

Does the job without being obnoxious about it
Good: Performs as advertised. My rig has a Ryzen 9 5900X CPU and NVidia RTX 4070 GPU on an MSI motherboard, pulling a total of about 600W max. The power supply fan is barely audible under load, unnoticeable among the half-dozen other assorted processor and case fans. The "smart fan" switch that I gather allows the fan to shut down under low load isn't really needed. Voltage and current have been rock-steady regardless of load. Cabling is fully modular, making cable management a breeze. This also results in a bag full of unused cables to keep track of. The case is rather larger than I really needed, so I keep the cable bag tucked into one corner. It turns out I didn't need the high-power GPU cable, but I'm happy it's available for future upgrades. Bad: It's just a power supply, people, you really don't need to put it in a cloth-ish bag in a fancy box. Please spare us the extra cost, and the environment the unnecessary fancy packaging. Bottom line: I've yet to be disappointed with a Thermaltake product, and this one is no exception. Five stars.

Calificación para Amazon o para quien corresponda... Caja sin celofan ni sello de seguridad, seguramente era una devolución. No traia cable para corriente y la fuente nunca funciono.

Buena imagen y decibeles impresionante.
