My sizes are 38" 28"37", what size should I get?

I would suggest a Medium. Make sure you get the ruffled pettiskirt too as it is "really"short. The ruffled pettiskirt adds more length so you can sit and move around.

hi I'm a double D and I'm ordering an extra large do you think it will fit my breast area

I'm in US. 5'2½" 150# 41"-35"38" DD I bought the XL it said 12-14 This is a halter design. The bodice is a bit loose/baggy on me, otherwise a good fit with some room.
