I could feel the difference compared to other brands that I have tried from the moment I opened the jar. The rich aroma from the ghee is the first thing you notice. The texture and taste are amazing, I could just eat a spoonful by itself. I use this ghee on roti, chai, dosa and idli and they enhance the flavor experience. Really great for making Indian desserts as well. I have started adding it to the tadka along with oil and all my dishes taste amazing now. It’s a little tricky towards the end when the jar is about empty, but I put it in hot water and the ghee melts easily such that I can use till last drop. I am gonna continue buying this one for sure.

I really wanted to love this ghee and I was expecting it to be premium and delicious given the price. Unfortunately what was supposed to be a beautiful box containing the glass jar arrived totally opened. The glass jar itself was sealed but the lid was dusty. I bought the product in august and the manufacturing date had been in March so it was already it 5 months old. Box says to use within a year which I was planning to do anyways. Unfortunately the ghee to me tastes like wax. Its really disappointing. I was looking forward to trying an A2 organic ghee but this just didn’t do it and understandably I can’t return it. Maybe it was just my batch as this ghee has great reviews but Im not willing to take that risk again and will stick to 4th and Heart which is delicious despite it not being a2 based.

i couldn't tolerate the smell and flavor of ghee until came across this one, for the first time i did not need to use cardamon to alter the taste, i had coffee with this ghee and it was pleasant drinkable, now using this for nose drops, and other healing needs. it is worth its price, i will be buying it again.

This is a wonderful product. It is the best tasting Ghee I've found here in Australia. It's well packaged and I wouldn't worry about breakage, and it's packaging looks lovely in the kitchen. I've gone from purchasing the 500ml to 1 litre as we use it all the time, even in the toasted sandwich press.
