UPDATE: We received the new water lines within 5 days. They were just the right length. Once installed, the tub filler had excellent pressure and filled the bathtub quickly. The product is sturdy, attractive, and a good value. I would purchase from this company again. **Make sure you assemble the provided lines in the tub filler before installation to be sure you have the right length. Customer service did an excellent job getting us the new lines we needed quickly. Call as soon as you can, so your installation isn’t held up.**The tub filler looks great- simple design. We had an issue with the supply lines being too long. I contacted customer support and they sent out new lines to us.

I love this tub filler. Not only does it look fantastic but the quality is very good everything works smoothly and properly. It also has a very strong water flow. I was there when the plumber put it in and he had no trouble with the installation either.

This is a high end tub filler with a quality feel and appearance.I had an issue with the supply line length being long based on the manufacture installation instructions. They were quickly replaced and CS was helpful to accommodate!

Our tub was built on a concrete foundation and hoses came with the package was a little too long to fit in (30in). We went to big box’s stores but no luck. Kelly (customer service was amazing!) was able to help us get customized hoses and shipped to us. Not to even mention the tub filler’s quality and gold design! 100% recommended!

I received a great product from Wowkk! I love the free standing faucet. It is beautiful and high quality. There was a minor scratch on the faucet head and the company sent me a new piece for the part scratched with kindness and courtesy. I will buy from this company again. I will upload a picture as soon as the new part is installed! Very happy customer!

I couldn’t tell you if it’s easy to install but our contractor seemed to have certain concerns as he had to install it. We had it installed since the beginning of 2021, and so far we’ve had no issues, so we’re very pleased with it. The only thing that bothers me is that when the water is turned off it continues to drip for a bit, so I have to make sure the sprayer is low inside the bathtub so it doesn’t splash outside of the bathtub. It’s so sturdy that it looks like it’ll last us for a very long time! I’m definitely satisfied with this purchase. And customer service is the best!!! I have called them a couple of times for different reasons and they’re not only prompt, but helpful and try their best to solve your problem timely.

The tub filler has a good color that matches my other fixtures. I was in need of shorter supply lines and contacted the seller and they are sending out the lines. Haven't installed the tub filler yet, so can't speak to the function of it yet

Perfect addition to my newly remodeled bathroom! The contractors said it was easy to install, the water pressure is great and it was the right height for the tub.

The tub filler arrived quickly and the packaging was amazing, they even provided cotton gloves to handle the faucet so you don’t scratch. The faucet looks beautiful and i love the look of the handheld. We haven’t installed it as of yet, so no photo, since the waterline that was provided is too short. Customer service was prompt and willing to send us longer hoses. Looking forward to the final install, and hoping the tub filler works as well as it looks. Definitely worth the money!!
