Moen 82304SRN Engage Magnetix Tub & Shower Trim Kit, Brushed Nickel

This is a modern bathroom fixture that looks great in any bathroom. It includes everything you need in a shower fixture, the head, the wand, the goose neck, the valve, the cartridge, the trim - so great value for the money you pay. Additionally, the material looks durable and of high quality. I like the brushed nickel color because it does not get too many spots and looks newer longer. The water pressure on this device is excellent. I feel like I am in a spa rain shower when I use it. Additionally, the pressure extends to the wand, which I use to clean my shower and bathe my dog in the cooler months. Great pressure for both purposes. Only problem I would say is that the hose length is a bit short for my taste, but my shower is small, so it is not a big deal. For a large shower, I would buy a longer hose. I cannot speak much for installation since my plumber installed it, but he did so very quickly. So it must have been ok. In short, I recommend this product for its value, appearance, functionality, and water pressure.

We've been on a quest for the perfect shower head for years, and let me tell you, this one is a winner! It feels amazing – sleek design – a total upgrade from our previous shower heads. This shower head installs in seconds – just twist it onto your existing water pipe. Seriously, that easy. The main shower head delivers a near-perfect spray pattern for a truly relaxing shower experience. The bonus? The handheld wand offers a variety of options, from a gentle massage stream to a powerful rinse. Plus, the magnet that holds the wand is simply genius. It's strong enough to stay put during use, yet easy to remove with one hand. One negative: The back of the main shower head is plastic...it would have been nice if the entire unit was made from a light metal. But, it does resemble a brushed metal, so nobody but the installer even knows! Pro Power Tip: For those who crave an even stronger water flow, here's a handy trick: there's a regulator located in the top articulation ball (the joint where it connects to the pipe). Simply remove it for a more invigorating shower experience. Overall Value: This shower head exceeded our expectations on every level. Easy to install, luxurious feel, and customizable spray patterns – all at a fantastic price point. Highly recommend!

This Moen shower system looks fantastic and feels like a premium product. The Magnetix handheld shower is very convenient, the rainfall shower head provides great coverage, and everything installed without any issues. The matte black finish looks amazing and really upgraded our bathroom.

First let me say, I love the shower fixture. It was just what I wanted. The problem is with Moen customer service. I ordered the complete set that included the valve though I did not need all of the fixtures included. I just needed to be sure the valve was the correct one since there are several styles. After reading several reviews about replacement valves, I just thought that was the best way to go. So, when it came time for installation, turns out the valve had a small hair line crack in it and it was leaking. Since my plumber was in the middle of installation, he had to go and purchase one on my behalf to complete the job. There was not time to go thru all the hoops that Moen wanted me to go thru. I needed a new valve that day in order for them to complete the job. When I contacted Moen and explained, all they offered was a replacement valve....nothing I can use a replacement valve for unless I paint it for Christmas decorations or something. They also sent me a coupon to use only in their online store, which is primarily fixtures or replacement parts, again which I already have all I need. A couple of things I thought I could use turned out to be more expensive even with the coupon than I can purchase locally, so again nothing of a benefit to me. I could not return it to Amazon: 1...I was way beyond the return date as I had purchased my fixtures a while back when I knew my bathroom was being updated. This was the fixture I knew I wanted so I bought it when I found it. 2...as the valve came in a set, I couldn't return just a piece of it even if the time had not expired. In my conversation back and forth with Moen, all they kept saying was from their script, take pictures, send invoice along with part and we will send a replacement. And again, do what with it. Anyway, just wanted to let folks know. I used Moen parts for many many years but I will have second thoughts the next time I need new ones. UPDATE: Since I wrote the above review, I continued to reach out to Moen concerning my discontent. I finally was able to get them to understand that by just offering me a replacement, they were only giving me a useless item that I could not do anything with. They have now made me a completely different "acceptable" offer. Sometimes you just have to keep being a nag. In doing so, I have also changed my "star" to a 4 because I love the product. Couldn't go so far as a 5 because I should not have had to jump thru the hoops that I did.

Love it, just wonderful

These are working great, just as listed. Both of them had damage to the edge of the faucet handle in the exact same spot. A quick call to MOEN got me two new replacement handles which were shipped very quickly.

Beautiful shower head, spray is good and love the hand held portion. Very nice quality

I purchased a metal shower head and paid for a metal shower head. I wanted a metal shower head and received a plastic one. Hey Moen! Why is your description stating a metal shower head and your customers get a plastic one? Hey Moen! Why are you charging MORE for the black plastic unit and charging LESS for the metal ones? If I wanted plastic, I could get one for less than $100.00. I expected quality and will pay more for it. RETURNING ASAP

Very happy with set. Beautiful

The fact that the parts were repackaged and came in a plain cardboard box was a bit concerning; however, once I unpackaged all the pieces and looked them over it was clear that everything was brand new. All parts were accounted for and they even included a Brushed Nickle shower arm and flange which is not part of the product description. They are supposed to be purchased separately so it makes it a great value, gave it 5 due to this. I don't know if I lucked out and got a bonus due to repackaging or if all orders come this way. The shower head, handle and tub spout look great and really updated our shower. Keep in mind that the Tub Spout is a thread on so you will need a slip on adapter if you that type of copper nipple. It would be nice if they included this part but that is my only gripe and its a small one. Install was a breeze.

Looks great, works great. Its been working great for 6 months now. I couldn't find it locally and it came quickly to my door at a good price. No complaints.

Really great quality I could not have been happier I like to do a showerheads was easy to install and very reasonably priced
