Narrow shoes but great customer experience!
I bought these shoes as they looked very beautiful. They are made very beautifully made but I soon realized that they are way too narrow for my foot (I have a normal foot). Shoe-stretcher was not very effective. I was little frustrated but was very amazed by the customer service provided by Ceossny. Not only they offered me to return the shoes but helped me find another one that would fit my foot better. Overall a five star customer experience even if the actual shoes were a little narrow for my foot.
