We can send most items we carry to France and the cost depends on the size and weight of the item. The S36RL would cost $43 for shipping. For that price, you would need to call us, as Amazon rates will be higher than that.Stuart JohnsonAbundant Flow Water Systems785-735-9769

Question 4

I have uv viqua system the bulb that i need is a s36 rl with a qs 012 sleeve -can this lamp be used to replace the old one?

Accepted Answer

The S36RL lamp is the replacement lamp for obsolete VIQUA Sterilight S12Q, S12Q-PA, S12Q-Gold, SSM-39, S24Q, S24Q-Gold, S40Q and SUV 24P-100P Series UV systems. It is extremely important to replace this lamp every 12 months to maintain proper system efficacy. As the key component of your UV system, the lamp renders micro-organisms harmless when they pass through the UV rays. Constantly exchanging aged lamps for fresh ones ensures you get the cleanest water your system can offer. You will want to make sure you are using this lamp for one of these systems. If you have a different system, please let us know and I am sure we can assist in finding the correct part lamp part number.

As for the QS-012 quartz sleeve, it is used for the VIQUA SHF-140, SHFM-140, S12Q-PA, S24Q, S40Q, SSM-39 and SUV 24-100P UV systems. The quartz sleeve keeps the UV lamp from shorting out and maintains the lamp's ideal operating temperature of 104 Degrees Fahrenheit. Also, mineral build-up on the sleeve hinders the lamp's effectiveness. Just as stated with the lamp, you will want to make sure you are using this sleeve for one of the systems listed. If you have a different system, please let us know and I am sure we can assist in finding the correct part sleeve part number.
