THE MOST RECENT COPY OF THE FULL VERSION OF WORLD OF WARCRAFT ALONG WITH THE MOST CURRENT RELEASED EXPANSION, IS ALL THAT WILL WORK. THE MOST RECENT RELEASED EXPANSION IS THE ONLY APPLICABLE EXPANSION FOR PURCHASE. THIS EXPANSION IS NOT TO BE SOLD AS IT IS OUTDATED/PREVIOUS PER BLIZZARD ENTERTAINMENT, THIS PRODUCT IS TO BE PULLED FROM THE SHELF AND IS SHOULD NOT BE SOLD. Wrath of the Lich King is hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in gaming. The story, the atmosphere, the raids — everything just feels epic. Northrend is beautiful and haunting, and the Lich King storyline pulls you in like no other. Even after all these years, it still holds up and gives that perfect mix of adventure and nostalgia. Easy 5 stars for bringing back all the magic!

This will always be the expansion that remains iconic in my memories of WoW.During classic and BC I played a Paladin, and always found it frustrating that I could not serve as a viable tank in raids. It killed the fun being pigeonholed into being a spam healer.WotLK is when the fun began. Hybrid classes were given a lot of attention thanks to the addition of the Death Knight, and I ended up being the main tank in my guild. I was finally proud of my ingame accomplishments and enjoyed almost every facet of WotLK.I also especially enjoyed the quests on Northerend while leveling, and even today I would totally still suggest it to newcomers or anyone else who is interested in the lore behind one of the most famous characters from Warcraft, namely Arthas and his fall into darkness and subsequent transformation into the Lich King.It wasn't until the next expansion that I stopped playing my Paladin and moved to a Death Knight, ironically.

I've been playing World of Warcraft for about two years now, with a few level 70 characters. So I'm not a hardcore player, but was still getting bored with the quests and instances in Outland. The Lich King expansion is only a week old, but I'm already having a blast leveling some of my older characters in the new Northrend zone. The new areas have an overall "cold" theme, lots of ice and snow and some great new characters. The quests follow the standard pattern, lots of traveling around and exploring.The new Death Knight class is a great enhancement to the game. You can now create a character that starts at level 55 with a full set of gear. This saves the tedious leveling process that usually is required when creating a new character to try out. I've had a lot of fun running my Death Knight through her paces (you can create one DK per server), so far just to level 60.As I said, I'm not a power-level player or hardcore, so my main characters are only level 72. I've seen several level 80 characters already so there are some who could provide many more details about the expansion pack. For me, this expansion looks like it will keep me entertained for at least another year. See you in Draka!Garanth

Found an old vanilla WoW box set and burning Crusades box set at my local thrift store for $1.50 each. Having already bought the Cataclysm and Mists boxes, I thought I may as well try to find WotLK to complete my box set collection. I purchased this on April 10, expected it to show up between April 17 and May 2 (the estimated time of arrive). However, it showed up yesterday (April 14th) which really surprised me. The seller must have dropped everything and shipped it immediately. I purchased a "new" copy of this, but I honestly expected it to have SOME scratches from sitting around for so long, but no. It came just as promised, brand new with not a single scratch on it. It's in better condition than my MoP box I bought a year and a half ago. The product is great and the seller really tries to get it to you asap. This is perfect for anyone wanting to complete their WoW expansion box set collection.
