Stylish Camping Full Back Folding Director's Chair

I bought two of these chairs, one for each of my parents who are in their 80's. The chairs are great, and work particularly well for people who need to use the armrest to help push themselves into a standing position. These chairs are very sturdy, and have very good stability. You don't "sink" into the seat like with those folding sling-style chairs or with aluminum chairs that have stretchy plastic strips for webbing. Super-light in weight, but still very sturdy. The folding side table is really handy for putting your reading material on, or for a dish of food or drink. Ours have a built-in depression for holding a drink (not shown in the picture on this website). My parents found these chairs so comfortable that they brought them on our recent trip to Quebec City -- just so that they would have a really comfortable chair to use in our rented apartment for when they were reading. It worked out well, they could move the chair to a spot where the lighting or view was good, without needing to re-arrange the apartment's seating. And, of course, when we spent an afternoon in a park on the banks of the St. Lawrence river, they had their comfy chairs with them. I can recommend these chairs highly.

Rugged, yet so lightweight. Super comfy, I actually didn't know these had padded seats, but they do! Nice size, seat width is great. We were looking for director style chairs to take camping that were easier to get out of than the standard sling style chairs. This chair really fits the bill, arms are nice and sturdy to pull yourself up. Support bars in between the legs at the bottom are a nice feature, legs won't sink into the ground as with some chairs. Love the table...I can't say how much weight the table supports, but we wouldn't be trying anything heavy on it anyway. The pouches on the side are very convenient for a lot of things. We ordered 2 of the brown...it is a darker color than the stock photo, but that's ok....just an FYI.

I purchased two of these in burgundy. They arrived quickly, as scheduled, via Amazon Prime. The side table is full length (some of them have the back corner cut off via an angle, which I don't like), and is sized so that there's enough room to share table space with someone else to set a drink on. The height was a perfect compromise for me (5'3") and my husband (6'1") to both sit comfortably, and the seat and seat back have just enough give and tension to make them comfortable enough for extended periods of time. They're really lightweight, so they're easy to carry around (by comparison, much lighter than the similar, but steel-framed camp chairs that I replaced. These are about half the weight). The color is really, really nice - it would be hard for anyone to just walk off with these chairs, which is a bonus for large gatherings. While I don't have use for the pocket panel on the side, it would make a good spot to store an extra flashlight or essentials that you'd like to keep within reach and accessible. The chairs easily withstood ten days of heavy use without issue, and I liked them so much, I've just ordered an additional pair so that I'll have four on-hand in my camper to accommodate company.

These chairs are SO comfortable and so convenient. You can set items on the tray without worrying about it toppling over. The pockets are large, so you can store multiple items with ease. The picture does not show it, but there is a cupholder built into the tray, as well. I found this to be a pleasant surprise since it ensured that drinks wouldn't be spilled over. One thing I wish this chair had is something to carry it easier. It folds up more like a beach chair than a camping chair, but it is longer since it sits higher off the ground. It is almost the perfect hybrid between a camping chair and a beach chair, only without the ease of carting around on hikes. If this item came with a backpack strap it would have been a 5 star for me. It wouldn't be difficult to add a strap. The chair folds easily, but I would recommend some caution when folding up the tray so that little fingers don't get pinched.

Comfortable and sturdy

Amazing quality. Fantastic fit and function. Incredible design. Ok price. I got what I paid for and love it. Its one of those things, you can only love it if you paid enough to get the best when nothing less would satisfy you. I griped about the price the whole time I was buying it because there were so many for much less. But they lacked the quality I needed for the long run. So I manned up and paid up. Now five months later the cost is forgotten, but the quality and function are long living on and I am so glad I bought this. If you only want a chair to last for two months, go buy a cheaper one. If you want your chair to last five years with everyday use, then this is the one for you. when 9 out of 10 products are china quality at bargain prices, its nice to find a product of fantastic quality even if you do have to pay for the quality. Because so many times even when I'm willing to pay for quality, it doesn't mean I can find it. this is one fantastic chair. It doesn't rock, it doesn't wiggle, it doesn't squeak, it stays exactly in place so nice and solid. All of it. It doesn't get weaker the more you use it. It was made to excruciating design and detail and it shows in its close up appearances and function.

WE LOVE THIS CHAIR --- I say we, because I bought it for a friend as well. I own 3 of my own!!! A tad expensive as camp chairs go; and not as compact as some--but this has several features that are very redeeming!!!! As one can see there is a side table -- worth quite a lot... which has a drink holder -- worth much more!!! We don't spill the coffee or tea! Side pockets are for the sunscreen or bug repellent, or a convenient place to stash your eye/sun glasses when going for a swim; you can even tuck some money in there for the concession stand drink & that novel you are reading. Pull up on the seat and the chair folds for transport. Handles on the edges of the seat make it pretty easy to carry -- the aluminum frame makes it light. Additionally, is is rated for a larger adult or teen to safely sit in.

I actually used this as guest chair in my cabin. they are comfortable, easy to store and the side table is great. very durable. lightly padded and the height is just right

Muy cómoda, tremendamente conveniente, a tu derecha tienes la mesita que puede ser colapsada, con suficiente espacio para tus platos y tu bebida, perfectamente posicionada en su lugar especial. A tu izquierda dispones de una serie de bolsas para poner lo que quieras. Muy robusta, de muy buena fabricación, la tela que la conforma muy resistente, los colores muy adecuados, este verde está muy bien. La llevas a donde sea y no puedes más que dar envidias a quienes te ven tan cómodamente sentado con todo a tu alcance. Incluso las patas con ese diseño alargado no permiten que la silla se hunda en el césped o en el terreno. Esta es la silla que buscan, no le duden!

These chairs are very soild and comfortable . There made of high quality materails and well stiched together . The table is a very usefull item , with a built in cupholder and trim around the outside of it that keeps things from sliding off if it . It is very able to support 250lb people with no problem .

This chair is the best dang chair I have ever purchased. I couldn't sit in the bagged style chairs anymore as they seem to cripple me up for a few days later. Light weight yet strong. Has a handy side pouch for all your items. I will be getting a second chair like this in the near future.
