I LOVE my belly band. It's very helpful and supportive. However, I ordered a size too large. I recommend that you know your pre pregnancy measurement AND that you find the manufacturers size chart (which actually details the product much better and will help you get a better fit.) With that said, I am having NO trouble with this band size as I picked it up very early in my pregnancy and have plenty of time and room to grow into it.

Fit good a little bigger than I thought. And helped support my larger belly but I ended up sweating cause of how thick it is.

My wife ordered this. She has had issues with soreness as we have been getting further in our pregnancy. This belt is meant to support the weight of a growing womb and help with the soreness from the muscle strain that causes. When I first heard about the cost, I was taken back a little. $45 for velcro on rayon seemed like a steep price. But after her wearing it for a few weeks now, she is in less pain and has enjoyed actually looking pregnant. This belt lifts the belly a little. She has complained a lot less and is able to do more. The velcro is starting to give way, as most velcro tends to do, but it looks like it should hold for a while longer. This band also can be used by plus size women. Which is a rarity. Even with maternity clothes claiming to be "plus size". I'm sure there are women that would read this and agree. The biggest downside is sweating. There isn't much breathing on this product. Luckily for us, we are just now hitting our third trimester. Hitting it in August in Oklahoma, I could imagine that would be sweat/rash city. Would I recommend this product? If you are pregnant and having stomach pains from the baby, this will help with that tremendously. If you are also almost to your third trimester and not really showing, this will help there. So, in those cases, yes. I would recommend. But only if it isn't late summer.

Instant relief! I put this on straight out of the package and my back and hips instantly felt a little better. The material is soft and comfortable against skin, or over clothing. Easily adjustable, for fit and for support. It's surprisingly easy to use. I probably could get away with the next size down. I ordered an XXL and wore a 24 pre-pregnancy - I'm in my 7th month and have more than enough room to see me through. The size chart is worth a look. You make sure the support band is centered on the larger band, then attach the larger band for your comfortable fit. Once you have the larger band comfortably placed where you need/want it, you use the support band to get the tension you need - it's deceptively simple! I'll be using this daily to help support my back and hips.

Being pregnant with severe SI joint pain and sciatica, I was thrilled to find this band. When I received it, I put it on and it immediately made a difference. It was a challenge because there's very little guidance or instruction included on how to position the belt. After the first use, it gradually didn't seem to help. A week later I brought it to my chiropractor for help with correct positioning, and she said it was worthless. It was too stretched out, with too much flexibility to offer any stability. How disappointing to spend so much money for something that's elasticity is worthless in less than a week. It's going back to Amazon or into the garbage.

This has good support just feel like it makes me too hot

This belt has helped with pregnancy related sciatic pain more than any other I’ve used. This is my 4th pregnancy no I have tried a few. Neoprene is warm, but I find it more comfortable than the fabrics other brands use. The adjustable outer straps help make it customizable to my needs. The sizing is relatively inclusive and accurate.

size guide needs to be a little more clear. i had bought the xxl based on the online guide, think ok well if the xl only fits to 55" i'd need the next one up. made sense to me, being tbat i generally wear a 2x-3x anyway. got it today, pulled it out of the package and was shocked by how big it was. i literally could wrap this 1.5x around my body. sadley though i couldnt get it to stay in place and it keeps rising up and the inner bands kept bunching up and over the outer band. i tried adjusting it a few times and just got extremely frusterated that i gave up. the inner band is made of a felt like material and tbe velcro sticks Really well to it, which is also a pain when your trying yo put it on or adjust it in my honest opinion, so i will be returning this product. shipping was quick, professionally packed, great communication from seller, just didnt work out for me, hence the 3 star rating.
