We sell it in a liquid form and it is indeed an unpasteurized, unheated, and unprocessed Greek honey. Crуѕtаllіzаtіоn occurs to honey under cold temperatures or after 4 to 5 months of storage in the glass jar. Sweeter kinds of honey (ie from orange or flowers) сrуѕtаllіzе muсh fаѕtеr thаn other (ie pine), because it contains more naturals sugars (naturals sugars not sugar!!) 
Crystallization is a natural phenomenon not related to the quality of the honey and does not cause any changes in its' nutritional value.

Honey can be liquidated easily if you placed the jar in a bain -mari with hot water max 40 ° Celsius, without any effect on its quality. And it will stay in a liquid condition for a while, so you don’t have to repeat the same process very often.

This is an amazing honey, you will be very pleased.
