I will start by saying we have cheap builder grade windows that leak. We also live where Santa Ana winds blow dirt/dust at high velocity. Lastly, our windows don't get regular cleanings. That said, I think this kit is just ok. The design of the brushes, etc. are reasonably good, the execution is a little lacking in my opinion. The bristles of the small white brushes are rather stiff and brittle and go wonky after a good scrub of the window track rendering them fairly useless for the next window. The green handled brushes are better, but don't fit in all the crevices. The track scrubber wants to be a good tool, but doesn't stay "snapped" closed to keep the scrubbing pad in place, so has to be continually adjusted (or maybe my scrubbing was just too powerful! *wink*).

This is probably the lowest quality product that I have ever received from any seller anywhere. The cleaning pads feel like they are made from fiberglass. They're super itchy. The nylon fibers on the bristles were so uneven on every brush that I had to get scissors and trim them all, and I don't mean by a little bit. It was that there were some bristles that were like 1/2" longer than the rest, they were completely uneven. I think this is the worst product that I have ever purchased on Amazon. It's a total ripoff. The fact that this has such high ratings makes me think that I can't trust Amazon to purchase anything anymore

I found that the tool for window track is much too wide to use on my window tracks. I was very disappointed because I really thought it was a great tool.

The groves were hard and didn’t pick up anything. A little too big for the groves in the windows. The brush hairs were falling out even before use. I returned it

Bristles in the brush starting popping out the first time I used it, not even scrubbing very hard. Cheaply made.

This are sturdy and worked perfectly for the job I needed to complete. Worth the money.

use this for the patio door that gets so dirty. Worked pretty good!

Great set of tools to clean small spaces. I use it in my windows, around appliances, and in my bathroom corners.
