I had water droplets, mould and water marks all over the room, a bedroom 12 feet by 9 feet. The carpet, mattress and even door were damp through an ongoing leak in the roof. I was hesitant to buy such a costly device but I am so glad I did, the water marks in the ceiling have completely dried out, the carpet is no longer damp, this device is collecting 12 litres daily still even after weeks of use so the water must have been embedded everywhere, not just the walls etc. It isn't too noisy and easy to empty and replace in the machine. It's a real work horse of a product and I smile knowing it is a product that does what is advertised because that is a rarity in my life experience. I must add that the roof is no longer leaking so that has stopped the continuation of the source issue.

After owning a desiccant for few years I was a bit hesitant to go with a compressor type one. After few days of use I can't say anything negative. Not loud at all (my original reason for hesitancy), dehumidifies and dries clothes fast, while using less electricity. Can't confirm the 12l/day as I only use it to maintain 50-55% humidity in my house but it's getting there quick. Like the display of humidity which I haven't had on the desiccant type. Could live with an Ioniser function or a rotating louvre to direct the blast to the clothes being dried but for this price this puppy is good. Let's see how long it'll last

Bought this to deal with damp in caravan. Before we opened the package saw a smaller one, with a larger tank capacity at a cheaper price. The smaller one was hopeless. Tried this one and much better at drawing the humidity out of the air. Ok the tank capacity is a bit small, but if you are at home, then easy to empty. I would recommend this for price, quality, fairly quiet, good value and it works well.

Fabulous it took me hours to decide which dehumidifier to buy and I'm glad I opted for this one It arrived late yesterday so only had time to run it for a few hours but considering my fault did not register as being very damp it still pulled a fair bit of water out Having run it today for half a day I have half a a tank full so it works really well It's not noisy I forget it is running it's small easy to move and quick and easy to empty the tank its everything i could want in a dehumidifier and with a two year warranty it's a bargin Clothes drying has not been tested as I have a tumble dryer

Original Review [10/8/2020]: Bought to cut the moisture in our cellar/gym as there was a bit of mold developing on some of the equipment. Works superbly - no more mold, and the gym is a much more pleasant place to exercise now. The cellar is properly underground (carved into a hillside), so we run this continuously - needs emptying (2.3ltr) first thing in the morning + last thing at night. Definitely worth the money. Update [13/8/2020]: Annoyingly, after working really well since the end of May, a couple of days after I wrote the original review, the dehumidifier stopped working. Fan ran, no error code - but no longer extracts any water. Contacted the seller, awaiting a response.

My home is old with damp issues and a lot of condensation so I have had dehumidifiers for years. The Ansio one is excellent cant believe the water it is collecting. It has excellent features with a quiet fan and the wheels are a bonus for moving it around. Although it is quiet light in weight if you needed to lift it . So easy to use and empty and it looks stylish too. So pleased I have purchased another one, but disappointed the day after it was £20 cheaper.

Currently loving this dehumidifier. The skylights don’t drip condensation anymore, and the doors have returned to their proper size and close properly again! It works really well, although it’s been running for nearly a week straight and the house still isn’t down to it’s set 40% humidity (but that could just be the house). It’s quiet enough to have outside of the bedrooms and not worry about sleep disturbances, but I wouldn’t have it in the same room as me when I’m trying to watch tv. I’ve given it a 1-star for warmth because it doesn’t provide any heat (but it’s not supposed to). Definitely happy with the purchase :)

Although initially slightly noisy at night, you soon get used to it and now don’t notice at all. This item has been a life saver! Our washing has been drying so quickly & it’s even made the air feel so much better! .. takes in so much water so we tend to empty it twice a day but we had a real issue with damp especially in our bathroom but now we leave the door open with this running close by and it’s not as damp as it usually gets. We had a small dehumidifier but it was nothing compared to this. We are thinking of getting another one. Highly recommend!
