I have a lot of spare international cartridges - will this take them?

Probably not as most people have the 2.6mm (hole size) standard that is typically known as "international standard". If you have a lot of 3.4mm ones for Chinese pens though they do appear to be a standard of their own. I'm using some random ones off AliExpress that I bought from China Pens along with a Yiren pen, and they fit this one perfectly

Can you buy replacement nibs for this pen?

Yes , they are sold normally in a set of three, fine, extra fine and a bent fude nib, The cost is around £10 and change and all perform really well. I cannot recommend these pens highly enough.
