Amazing shampoo, Left my hair soft not dry feeling even before I used my conditioner on it, gorgeous smell too, I've been looking for a sulphate free clear clarifying shampoo that doesn't fade my colour, I can't use the creamy ones they weigh my hair down and make it feel gunky and greasy,this is absolutely perfect,only First time using it and my hair was lighter, shinier softer and definitely was sitting better, I felt it deep cleaned my hair which I only wash once or twice a week without feeling dry and stripped,I only needed a small amount and dispite not washing hair for 5 days lathered really well first wash, wasn't expecting that at all, I'm well impressed and I Think after like 10 years trying so many different types of shampoo for my thick dry, menapausal coloured hair and spent small fortune I've definitely Found the ONE!!!! WHOOHOO,im going to stock up with it Now, Amazon is amazing,delighted and highly recommended this for sure 100 percent.

I have long, thick and quite course hair and find this is a really good, gentle clarifying shampoo for getting rid of product buildup in your hair without stripping it and leaving it hard to comb through, plus it smells good as well. It’s a good consistency and as it’s sulphate free it works better if you put some on your hands and work up a lather first before applying it to your hair. I have highlighted hair and use it once a week before using an extra nourishing and conditioning shampoo and conditioner and my post menopausal hair is in good condition.

I have mid-back length, wavy brown hair which does have a tendency to get greasy at the roots, despite being tangly and having dry ends. I usually do a double shampoo, while only conditioning the ends, yet I still end up greasy. This really helps. The packaging isn’t quite as nice as some of their other bottles (orchid, coconut water) but it’s what’s inside that counts. The shampoo is quite thick and smells apple-y. Doesn’t smell of vinegar at all. It’s quite a natural scent. This shampoo did keep my hair reasonably free of grease, over three days of long walks where I got sweaty, as well as getting caught in the rain once. I will say that it’s quite thick and hard to spread in my hair, I ended up using quite a lot and I’m not sure this bottle would last any longer than 5 or 6 washes. I have a sensitive scalp but suffered from no itchiness or soreness with this, in fact the candidal intertrigo behind my ears seemed to fade, which leads me to think the Apple Cider vinegar in it may contain mild antifungal properties. I was very impressed by this. This is very clarifying; I did need to use a conditioner and my hair was quite hard to brush afterwards, so you may need to use more conditioner than normal, however I used a wet brush as I don’t like overdoing the conditioner incase I end up greasy. I would not use this shampoo if you have dry hair. Four stars. Missed out on the full five because it works out as quite expensive with how much you have to use due to the thick consistency.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a review before but this honestly warrants being my first. I just used this a few hours ago and I’m not even exaggerating when I say that i do not ever recall my hair and scalp feeling so clean. I’ve struggled massively with greasy hair since my early teens (im 26 now), even after washing and drying my hair, my roots still felt oily and heavy no matter what I used (I’ve spent HUNDREDS), it made no difference. After one single wash with this shampoo, my roots feel SO clean, so light and crazy healthy - clearly now free of whatever residue was plaguing them! I’ve also had recent issues with scalp build up, flakiness and constant itchiness, since washing my hair with this my scalp feels so soothed and I haven’t felt the itch once so far! If you’re debating buying this - don’t! For £4 this stuff is magic in a bottle, my only regret is I wish I’d found it sooner!!

Excellent shampoo - removes all the curly hair products I dump on my hair. Feels great, smells great and works well. I even caught my bald headed husband using it to freshen up his scalp.

The first time I bought this shampoo it was great, made a difference to my greasy hair, that needed to be washed everyday. However, i bought this again, the bottle has changed from a clear to matt, but also the product/ ingredient seems to have changed. My hair is going back to how it was. Gutted, as it smells so good and I thought my hair had finally met its match 😢

Absolute hero! I’d been using dandruff shampoo because I suddenly got a bout of dry scalp, it worked so well I just cracked on using it. Big mistake! Took me far too long to realise that the returning dandruff, hair that needed dry shampoo the second i’d finished blow drying (which took way longer than normal!) and that awful lanky feeling were all buildup. Oh god and the FRIZZ! Everywhere. Hopped on Amazon and this one was pretty cheap (3.99 at the time of writing) so thought i’d try it to clarify and get rid of the gunk! One wash (well I double washed to be sure!) all of that gone. Hair dried super fast, I forgot what CLEAN clean felt like. “Dry” scalp is already looking better too. Amazing stuff! This will forever be a staple in my cupboard now - just wish i’d realised sooner what was wrong!
