Sorry Body Shop but this one is so much better than yours. The coveringgoes across 4 sides - 2 wide and 2 side. The wide ones are good for general areas like the heels of the foot. The sides are good for smaller trickier areas. Being diabetic this is good for foot health and brings up soft results after a small amount of use.Only downside is it is a little hard to clean as there are no directions foe this. But to treat it like the Body Shop one, I do not get it totally wet, just a damp towel to tap the file onto. Easier to clean and it would be a full 10!Overall a great product I even sent one to outside Spalding for a friend

This product is excellent.

I bought this as I have something on the bottom of my foot and it's hard to reach. It's easy to use but it wasn't course enough for what I needed it for. I think it might be better for filing toe nails, not calases.

It's basically like a piece of sandpaper wound a piece of wood. I was expecting more of a stone in-bedded into the wood. But it's just like sand paper really. It works but still. It could be better.

More robust than many it does the job. Could be better with one side more abrasive than the other. But as it stands it’s the best I’ve found so far

Great for smooth heels. Don't overdo, because it's very effective so a little effort goes a long way.
