G-Box Q [v3] Android TV Mini PC [2GB/16GB/4K UHD]

The matricom gbox is an excellent product. We have three of them, would not purchase any other tv box. It is easy to set up, comes with many addons. Remote control very simple and we like it that way. We love that we can watch many movies and regular programs with no commercials. Excellent picture quality. You'd love it too.

I like these machines. I haven't tried the firesticks or smart tvs, so I can't compare but the g box is boss.

The unit would not even power on when I removed it from the box. I checked the electrical outlet, the power cord, the remote, the remote batteries, etc to try to troubleshoot the issue. When I could not find a solution on my own, I tried to process a replacement via the seller. Unfortunately, the seller's customer service was very slow to follow-through and kept dragging out the issue. When my patience ran out, I ended up returnning the unit to Amazon.

It is not user friendly; It does not come with meaningful instructions; the remote’s signal is weak. Picture quality is good.

I have to change the batteries from the remote control almost everyday.

I love this box. It does it all. Much better than my old box.

The remotes were not working properly @ first but they seem to be working better.

Does not work with xfinity internet and streaming

Had a few android boxes over the last few years. This so far seems to be the best. This box is fast and silky smooth. It updated firmware as soon as I plugged it in and it's a +. I installed a Kodi build that I had backed up. I bought it primarily for Movies and TV Shows, not for games. If needed, I will buy another one. I highly recommend this Matricom G-Box Q3. Love it :)

Great device that provided endless options that renders cable tv obsolete. The device works great and the customer service provided by Matricom to troubleshoot my specific device issues was impressive.
