My go to brand, for over 5 years
Been buying this brand for years, top quality and makes lovely fluffy loaves and rolls. Add a 3rd of a teaspoon of baking vitamin C, also by doves farm and you have lovely texture and flavour. You wont be disappointed if you try out a bag.

Good flour makes good flour, shame that folic acid is added.
Only gave x4 stars because I am disappointed that foloc acid has been added to all flour, (not good for general health and so unnecessary) but the flour makes a great sourdough starter and bread.

Now my fave bread flour!
Wow, what a bread this makes! Looks twice the size of the tin.. The first loaf didn’t go as well, I think the yeast wasn’t the best. So this time I bought new yeast, added 1/8 tsp vit c powder… Added flaxseed to the top and now I can’t wait for it to be cool enough to try! Feel quite happy with myself making an organic bread loaf 😁

This flour is so different to any I have tasted before . The colour , creamy, is different, the texture, slightly spongy, is delicious. I used a very very familiar recipe and the total taste makes me think I can never go back to supermarket bread. Or indeed home made bread made with regular flour.

We love the flour - was delivered with bag torn and flour spilling out.

Beware this is “enriched” flour.
I want to love this but it is “enriched” with folic acid etc. Do not buy.

The flour is amazing and deserving of five stars the packaging is not
I would give this five stars because the flour is incredible but why I'm giving it only three stars is the fact that somebody thought it was okay to ship bags of flour paper bags of flour in soft packaging. I received my order of quite pricey two bags of flour today and one of the bags has a large rip in it due to the flower having been packaged in a bag versus a box. Things like this should always be packaged in a box so I'm guessing this is not an issue related to the actual company that makes the flower but perhaps Amazon themselves.
