Chef Knife Stainless Steel 8-inch Blade Kitchen Knives Forged High-carbon Chef’s Knife Fasslang All Stainless Steel Multipurpose with 5-inch Long Handle (Stainless Stee-HANDLE)

First of, this knife looks amazing! I love the look of the stainless steel handles and others have agreed that I showed it to. I bought this knife because I do love the looks of it, but also for the price which I couldn't pass up. I figured I would go for it and give it a try. Right when I took it out of the packaging I used a sharpener to sharpen it. I was surprised to see how much steel was coming off compared to other knives I own. Even after sharpening it, it has dulled down after a few days. It gets the job done, but the most important feature of a knife is the steel quality and its availability to hold an edge over time. Most knives has some identification of the type of steel used, but I don't see any on this one. All in all, for the price this is a decent knife.

This is probably the sharpest knife I've ever owned! I've had it a couple of months now and use it everyday!
