Edit June 2021 - It has been over a year since I had this chair. The only thing I noticed is the armrest has some cracks in the material on the sides. There are also some squeaks but everything else seems fine. I am still satisfied.I have owned this chair for over a month now and I have no issues. The assembly instructions could have been more clear - but I took my time and figured it out. ALL the holes lined up perfectly. To me this feels like a high end chair. The material did not appear cheaply made. It must be breathable, since I do not sweat or stick to the chair on warm days. The footrest could be more sturdy, but it does the job well enough. I have long legs so my feet hang over the foot rest. But I do not feel discomfort. I am working from home and I am stuck in this chair for 4 to 6 hours at a time. I can honestly state that I do not feel any fatigue and the chair contours my frame perfectly, giving me pretty decent upper body support. I have a bad back and suffer from back pains quite frequently. This chair has never triggered my back pains. I do acknowledge that the seat cushion could be more plush. After a few minutes in it - I do not notice that. I have seen many of the negative reviews and I am happy to report that I am not experiencing those. Due to the price I expected this chair to be mediocre. I am happy to be surprised that it is not. I highly recommend this chair due to comfort and price.

After reading a bunch of reviews for this chair, I went ahead and bought it. The package was in perfect condition (there were several reviews saying there was damaged packaging, but intact contents). The chair looks even better in person, the pictures don't do it justice. I opted for the red and black chair with the leg rest. Assembly was very straightforward, the instructions were not as confusing as everyone made them out to be. Basically it gives you a bunch of different screws with a letter that indicates which screw they are, and the instructions point where the letter goes. The only part that was confusing to me was the leg rest, I put the metal bar on the wrong side and had to reverse it, no trouble though. Assembly took me roughly 40 minutes. The reviews that talked about the holes for the screws being off were accurate, I had to cut them open a little more to fit some screws in correctly. After assembly this chair feels fantastic! The arm rests have adjustable heights, the chair can be raised or lowered, you can recline nearly horizontally, the leg rest can be close or far from the base (it is a tad flimsy feeling, but seems sturdy enough, just don't let someone try to sit on it), the chair can rock or be locked, the head pillow is removable, the lower back pillow is removable and height adjustable. The cushions are a tad on the stiffer side, but I don't mind, it's like buying a new shoe, it'll get better the more it's used. Overall, for the price, this is a perfect entry level gaming chair that will look and feel like one of the more expensive name brands. You won't be disappointed. Ooh and shipping was faster than projected, originally it said it was going to take two weeks to arrive, but it only took five days. Great job on this fantastic chair, I'm a very satisfied customer!

Updated 04/11/18, see below.The chair feels a bit cheap. The cushion is pretty tough. I noticed some discomfort much earlier into a gaming session with their chair than with my previous chair. The construction process is pretty straight forward. The leg rest feels quite flimsy, I don't use it because it feels like it might break off. It creaks a lot when standing up and sitting down. When I sit down, I can feel the chair settle down onto the main column. The armrests could be a little bit higher. I am a 5'8' male, when I sit upright my arms are about half an inch higher than the armrests. I need to slouch down some to use them. The armrests are 22 inches apart measuring from the inside gap, which is just a bit too far for my arm span. However something inside the left armrest had cracked when I grabbed onto it one day, now the armrest has about a 1 inch sway towards and away from my body. The recline function works well and feels sturdy after tightening the screws. Overall I'm not satisfied with this chair. I can't use it ergonomically, the cushion is too hard, and the quality doesn't let me trust it.Update 4/11/18Homall customer service reached out to me and replaced the chair. The new chair felt much more comfortable than the old. The arm rests are at a normal height and don't sway excessively. The chair is much more quiet, both when moving and when sitting up or down. The chair sits more firmly on the main column. My only gripes are that the chair is a bit narrow, which is more to do with my frame, and the rubber piece at the end of the level is cracked which is only a minor annoyance. I'm much more satisfied with what I paid for this chair now and would recommend to others.

La silla es muy dura, el cojín de soporte lumbar resulta pequeño, al cabo de una hora de estar sentada resulta incomoda. Sin embargo, la silla la compré para mi hijo y a él no ha resultado incómoda

Estaba teniendo serios problemas en la espalda debido a que no tenía un asiento lo suficientemente cómodo para estar sentada durante varias horas y cuando compramos esta silla, tenía mis reservas al respecto. Llevo casi dos semanas usándola y la espalda me ha dejado de doler de manera casi milagrosa. El material es bueno, pero durante días de calor se torna un tanto incómoda ya que te hace sudar a litros XD.Esperaba que el color se pareciera más a la fotografía, pero es un azul bonito. La hubiera preferido en menta :p Aún así, lo principal es que mi espalda mejoró en su totalidad y ya puedo pasar más horas sentada, gracias a la almohada de la espalda, el apoya piernas que es una pasada de cómoda. No dejen que sus gatos o perros las arañen o muerdan, jaja! Y cuidado con las uñas largas, que igual pueden cortar el material.Fácil de armar, aunque pesada, sí se necesitan dos personas. Trae instrucciones de ensamblaje y se le pueden omitir los apoya brazos para mayor movilidad. Salió más barata del precio indicado, cosa que nos sorprendió bastante y gracias por ello, al igual que llegó antes de la fecha indicada.Me salvaron la salud de mi espalda y ya por eso, esta silla es excelente y merece las cinco estrellas.

Tengo 5 meses con la silla y es muy buena! soy programador y la compre para trabajar, es muy comoda la silla, en 5 meses no ha fallado nada, no se ha abierto nada en general demasiado bien.peso poco mas de 80 kilos y ha aguantado perfecto.Se reenclina hasta 180° sin ningun problema y da la sensacion de estabilidad

La silla es muy cómoda y fácil de armar pero después de mes y medio de uso normal (peso 75kg) se daño el mecanismo para subir y bajar, fuera de eso todo en orden.
