These are really good. The quality is great. They come with two different types of springs so you pick how stiff you want the shocks. They look good. They are not noisy

Bought these to get a little more flex on my Trx4 and they delivered. They come pre assembled with the soft black springs and feel well built. I added a few drops of shock oil to keep the shafts lubed and after some experimentation I went with the soft black springs (my truck is 11 pounds with a lot of that being unsprung weight.) and relocated the rear springs further forward. This combo gave me a huge amount of flex and droop. My only issue is you'll need spacers to get them installed correctly especially on the tops of the front shocks. Overall I'm very pleased with them.

I installed these on my 1/10 Injora Rock Buggy. Add a little oil first. I disassembled them and before installing the lightest spring, cut them in half and assembled them with half the spring below the diaphragm and half above so that the shocks are not so tall and work well both ways like a real car.

Decent shocks, they don't work for my traxxas trx-4 though. The medium springs are too stiff, making the truck tip over obstacles far too easily, and the truck sits on the axles with the light springs. Could be good for different applications.

Got these to use oil filled shocks on my RC4WD Trail Finder 2. They work fantastic for the money

Springs are stiff for a light vehicle, probably just right for a heavier rig.. But I’m using them on a small lightweight full droop build with no springs so I don’t care that the springs are too strong for a light unit. Most importantly cheap shocks usually leak and all 4 of mine are leak free.

Took one apart, added oil, added oring grease, reassembled and got 0 dampening. As a matter of fact it’s worse than with no oil. I can’t even give these away to any of my rc buddies. I’d give 0 stars if it was an option.

These shocks fit exactly how I was hoping. The springs are definitely not super light so if you have a light rig these will feel really stiff until they get properly good and broken in. If you have a heavy truck like my scale hard body they are perfect for scale appearances and performance.

This style of shock provided more clearance for wheel articulation on my crawler and minimized front left wheel lift on climbs. They look great and work extremely well. Price was good. Delivered quickly.
