Works Great..
I used a couple of these hinges on a large cabinet top they hold open at almost any angle. Be sure to used the calculation for size of the door when ordering.

Perfect for my application
They are very strong and easy to install. The formula to figure out what size to use is spot on. I made a chest that converts to a bed frame and I needed the lid to stay up to act as a headboard. These work perfectly. Definitely pricey but so far, worth it.

Worth every little finger!
This henge is awesome! I used 2 - 30s and a 40 on the lid of a toy box I made my grand-daughter, and they worked perfectly. The lid holds up in any position so there's no worry about it closing on her fingers. I mounted them with out the jig, and had no problems.
