70892 Westpointe Flood Beam Accent Reflector Light Bulb, 100W, Blue

I purchased this to indicate my support for our police. Blue lives matter. Works well and the price is fair. Shipped to the mailbox without having to look around a store to find it. Blessings to our police officers

Ordered blue and got green. I use them for chicken brooders so color not real important.

That the product worked and was a deep color.

Unfortunately this color bulb does not display the same color as it appears it would. When I plugged this in to my flood light it looked greenish during the day. Tonight I went out to look at it and it looks turqouise not the true blue I wanted to show support for the Police Officer killed in the line of duty last week in Little Elm, TX. Disappointed that my light is not the true blue others have and this appeared to be.

Not that great a blue color. I actually wound up going to Ace and getting two LED versions. A truer blue.

Perfect for low light settings

They aren't bad lights. I used two of them to light up my cemetery during Halloween (see attached picture). I used them in outdoor floodlight holders that stick into the ground. They cast a decent hue of blue that was definitely lighter in shade than the color on the bulb itself. However, it fit its purpose. I'm giving 3 stars because they get incredibly hot! So much so that you want to make sure the bulb isn't touching anything flammable and please ensure you don't rest it on anything flammable after turning off as it takes a while to cool down. It will burn your hand also so please be careful. I can't comment on how long they last as they were only used for about 8-10 hours so far. I do think the price is a little high for these though.

These lights were used at Christmas along with silver tinsel and clear lights around our house. Very pretty and lower than box chain store.
