My tired old eyes can't make out much, I ended up getting a 250x USB digital microscope instead to really get the job done. But, if your eyes are still young enough this will probably do the trick. For the price, it's a cool little thing to have around the house.

Does everything it says, no surprises. Great value. Don't take this the wrong way but my 9 year old wanted one too. Really cool item, not just for jewelry obviously. Handy for tick removal, for one thing.

Bought to check jewelry hallmarks. Unable to see anything--too blurred. tried to return--charging $6.01 to return $7.99 item. Guess I'll keep it and try to use for something else.

Works well, especially for the price. It took me a bit of time to learn how to focus with it. I still have a hard time with the hallmarks inside ring bands since this only works well on a flat surface.

Clear, no warp. Light angles 3 positions, nice. Makes ya want to look at every thing. Purchased another for a gift.

Can"t see inside of rings it"s to big and awkward, good for other uses, to limited sorry.
