These work great! It has a little remote that comes with it. They are easy to hook up and you can bluff in and charge the whole time so they don’t have to run off of battery. Screen size is perfect for my 1 year old grandsons. It makes riding in the car so much better.

These portable DVD players saved my kids on a long 14 hour drive this summer. One of the big selling points for me was the bracket that you could use to mount the screen to the seat instead of the classic velcro which in my experience never seemed to work great with getting the screen to stay and then the angle was wrong so the picture didn't look great, just a mess. This mount was easy to put on, it's held together by screws so it's not going anywhere. You also are able to change the angle of the screen up or down for best visibility which was awesome! The greatest part is that the screens have a part that clicks into the mount and if one of our kids was acting up or just to keep the screens nice, when they weren't watching we could unclip and store them so our kids weren't able to mess with them. The sound quality was great. We have a honda accord so all 3 kids are sardined in one row but we didn't have to plug it into the speakers for our little car it worked great. They stayed charged really well also. The picture quality was great. Remember it only plays DVDs and not BluRay so that's one item you have to remember. We were grateful for them and look forward to continuing to use them on trips in the future!

Update: be very careful ordering from them. They sent me a used broken replacement. Waste of my time and money. Sent it back for a full refund. It’s literally junk that’s why it’s so cheap. Believe me. Giving 2 stars for now. Used for a total of maybe an hour and a half split between 2 days before the slave DVD player just quit working. Which really upset my littles and me because they were so excited about them. The screen itself is about the size of my iPhone 15 screen maybe slightly bigger but not by much which is okay because I don’t want it any bigger for the car. Overall it does what I purchased it for keeps the littles entertained while waiting in pick up line for big sis. It’s pretty simple to figure out, easy to strap to headrest, cords are a bit annoying so we’ll figure out a way to deal with that, having a remote makes it easy to use. I’ll update my rating once I receive my replacement and if it works longer than a week. Otherwise I’ll cut my losses and get a refund if it quits on me again cause based on other reviews it’s known for that. I’d recommend purchasing the warranty for this product 10/10.

I needed tv’s to keep my kids entertained during a long road trip. I was a bit concerned as this is a pretty cheap system but nothing has proven to be made cheaply. The dual mounting options are great. My young daughter can reach the screen when mounted with the clamp so I moved it up to the headrest. My son is older so the lower mount in better Dr he’s not having to look up to see it. Both mount easily and securely. Picture quality is fine. Colors look good, no dead pixels etc. The remote works as it should and not difficult to use. Here’s my only complaints: The power button is a switch. Because it has a battery as well (great feature) it doesn’t turn off when the car turns off so you have to manually turn it off. Not a big deal. The cords are a bit short to run if one is mounted in the back and the other mounted to the front seat. I can do it but a cord sticks out from the seat across. They don’t claim to be long enough to hide them in this manor and would be a bit long if not so I don’t knock it for this. All in all a great buy.

The video and audio quality are good and my only complaint is that when you plug in headphones, the sound continues to play out of the speakers. The sound comes clearly through the headphones while continuing to play on the built-in speakers. Very odd as normally, a headphone jack would cut the speaker sound so not sure if that is by design or I got a defective unit.

Update: 5/2026 They reached out after my review and offered to refund or send a replacement. I opted for the replacement and it arrived promptly. It works much better than the one I received first and actually plays without glitching. The customer service was amazing and they were extremely communicative which made it easier to resolve the issue. Original: I bought it for a 5 hour road trip for our kids and I’m sad to say it did not work most of the time. It wouldn’t read cds that were new, would glitch or completely shut off. I made sure to follow the manual and that all plugs were in the correct spot as well as made sure it was connected to power. I was so looking forward to this working but it seems to be a dud. We would maybe get through 20 minutes of a movie or previews before it would completely cut off or stop working but say that it was loading.

For portable DVD players to mount in the car these are pretty great! Kids loved them and they worked really well.
