Love this bike
Love this bike. Not as tall as I thought but great. The seat needs padding but the riding, looks, gearshifting, all are great I would recommend and buy again. The colors are great and gather confidence and compliments every day I ride. Bike security is a must have!

Pretty good and somewhat simple to set up if you have the right tools. Has an uncomfortable seat so will need a cushion or bike shorts.

Bike is awesome, qc sucks.
The bike itself is awesome but the quality control needs improved. Bike came with a bent axel and had to call to get a replacement. Replacement came and was perfect but the original tire has a bad spot in it that rubs the frame. At first I thought it was from the bent axel. Now I have to call again for a replacement tire and hope it has no defects. A little frustrating at the moment.

This is not an adult sized bike!
Don’t believe the hype. I received this item and paid someone to put it together, I gave up after 6 hours instructions are not really that clear In some areas. But the kicker, after all of that, this bike is a child’s bike! Im only 5’7” and roughly 160lbs and I felt like a circus clown trying to ride this bike without my knees hitting the handlebars, etc. marketing language is misleading

Great bike for the price
You do get what you pay for. This is a great trail bike and maybe a dirt road. The ride is good, but changed the rear shock to a 600lb shock 150mm ($34 JFOYH 2021 Summer New Series MTB Rear Shocks) and rides is much smoother. I've put many miles on this bike and no issues. Yes puting it together is the easy part, making all the adjustment can take a couple rides (bring tools) or just bring the bike to a shop for a tune up.

Very difficult to assemble.
Very difficult to assemble. I can’t believe they don’t Have video on amazon to explain and help in Assembling the bike. The manual is very complicated and non helpful. I tried to watch YouTube videos and also opened Mongoose website which has videos but also non helpful at least with my bike. I tried to assemble it with another friend ( so it’s not just me who was unable to assemble it) and we both failed. I thought it will be good purchase given the price but unfortunately things didn’t go well I hope they will do something in the future by adding a video ( like other sellers) to explain how to assemble.
