Yes. And the charge for this stuff is making it low-value, overall. Should be about $1.00 per ounce for a pint or more.

Does this harm wood or plastic?

I don't think it harms plastic, I've used it on firearms with plastic grips and there was no trouble. I wouldn't use it on wood though. It's an oil and a solvent, the oil would, bare minimum, soak into the wood I would imagine.

Is the sprayer adjustable to a stream or a mist?

The one I have will adjust but for handguns it put out way too much oil when you use pressure. I would put some in a smaller bottle for use.
