Mine arrived folded in half and now it will not lay flat. Any suggestions?

If it was me, I would try using low to medium heat from a hair drier. Blow along the crease and see if that helps it to lay flat.

I really like the design, do you have it about 30% larger size (20" x 15")?

We have 36'' x 10''. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08KGBFBS1

Are the polymer mats latex free?

I am unsure about it but I love the mat. For.the price it's great
