Is this have stereo out put in the in ears ?

The back of the unit has Left and Right inputs for both channels, so either the people answering have no idea how to set up a stereo in-ear system, or two of the input jacks on the back are only there for show. I know which one I'm leaning towards...

Is there a case to protect this system during transportation?

Hello friend, Yes, please don't worry, both the receiver and the transmitter are packed with a protective film and then packed in a box. If you like it, you can consider buying it from our store, we have it in stock and we will send it to you immediately after you place an order. thanks

can I plug in only one xlr cable and get sound in both earbuds?

Dear client, yes. As long as you match the frequency, the receiver will pick up the signal.

Sorry, is it functional for touring? I mean, if I travel to another country, will the frequencies be compatible?

Hi, it depends on what the local country allows for the frequency, which is usually compatible.
