Been using them for years and wouldn't want to get by without them
I have, or have bought, about 8 sets of these over the years that I use for non-prescription sunglasses in my car and on sunglasses I use for cycling. I have been using these for at least 5 years. I have sets that have been on glasses, in the sun, for at least 3 years and they have never fallen off or otherwise become unusable. I replace them only because when I (rarely) take them off the glasses to clean the glasses (after thousands of miles cycling road grime) I notice that they yellow over time in the sun. Like ski goggles, I don't ever notice the yellow tint, but every now and again I like to start fresh. I always have at least one spare set of new inserts in case I destroy a set of glasses or buy an additional pair. I keep these in my Amazon cart and usually pick up a pair when there is a temporary price drop. I only wear reading glasses, but at the 2 to 2.5+ level, and can't read my car gauges or my cycling computer without readers or these inserts. These work very well for me for driving and cycling. Hopefully, my eyes will stay about the same for the foreseeable future, and if they do, I will continue to apply these to all my sunglasses. If they don't? Well, I'll cross that bridge when it happens.

Better than expected
I bought these to use with Oakley Radarlock sunglasses. I was skeptical, but figured they were worth trying for the price. I've had them for a couple weeks and they have performed surprisingly well. A few observations: 1. They are slightly curved, and it is important to make sure you apply them with the curve facing in the right direction. The curve seemed to match the shape of my sunglasses well. The Radarlock sunglasses are wrap-around type sunglasses, so they are probably more curved than most. 2. I made sure my sunglasses and the lenses were clean and I used warm water to apply the lenses. Once I had the lenses positioned where I wanted them, I applied pressure to make sure there were no air bubbles between the lenses and my sunglasses. Once applied, I let them air dry for an hour or so. 3. The lenses have not moved since I installed them in my sunglasses and I've ridden my bicycle about 150 miles wearing them without any problems at all. 4. They work great. Seems to be the right amount of magnification. The lens is clear. 5. I have not washed my sunglasses in water, but I have wiped them clean several times with no problems. I am careful around the lenses, which requires a bit of care, but that is to be expected.

Very Good Product
As a distance runner and cyclist, I use a number of sun glasses, some of them with interchangeable lenses. Unfortunately, I also need near sight vision correction. Buying prescription sunglasses in the quantity I need them would simply be cost prohibitive. These Stick-On-Bifocals are a perfect solution for this situation. I can use any sunglasses I want to and convert them easily in prescription sunglasses for a very low cost. I think it is a perfect solution. I would have given the product five stars. However, there are a few potential adhesion problems. With one pair of interchangeable lenses, I can't get the Stick-Ons to stick at all; they simply fall off every time I try. With another pair of lenses, the Stick-Ons stay in place but tend to gradually come off at the edges over time. No real problem, though, I just push them back in place with water while cleaning them. Overall, this is fantastic idea and very low cost solution for a problem I had for years. If you have a near vision correction need, this is the answer. Are there some potential adhesion issues? Yes, but for me the benefits outweigh by far the occasional issues. With this in mind, I can highly recommend this product.

Curvature didn't fit any of my sunglasses, safety glasses or dive mask. Waste of money
The curvature didn't fit any of my sunglasses so this ended up being a waste of money. An item for people desperate to keep using their expensive sunglasses when they need readers. I even tried hot water to make the lens more pliable to see if it would fit the curvature better. The curvature they have also means they won't work in my dive mask either. Hugely disappointed. How can their be so many 5 star reviews when I tried several glasses and it will work on none of them. I tried different models of Maui Jim sunglasses, a dive mask, and standard safety glasses. None worked due to the inherent curvature on the stick-ons.

Work As Advertised
These work well and I have not had any problems with them coming off. I've had them on a pair of Oakley sunglasses for a while now, and they've not offered to fall off at all. They are a bit large, however, and I may remove them, cut them, and re-apply them. But other than that, they work as advertised. I am not sure why others are having problems getting them to adhere to their sunglasses, but I will speculate that it might have something to do with the material the sunglasses are made out of (some material may allow the stick ons to adhere better than others) and the curvature (or lack thereof) of the lens itself. You do have to put them on properly of course. These go on the inside of the lenses, not outside. Update, 10/29/17: I dropped my sunglasses these were attached to on a hard floor, and one of them fell off. So I took the opportunity to pull the other off, trim them so they are smaller, and re-apply them. That all worked fine. I like these. Raising my rating to 5 star and recommending them.

They are ok
These are ok. Kind of difficult to get them to adhere to the lenses without air bubbles underneath. They do work and after a couple days playing with them I got them to stick without bubbles. But I think they are a little big for my lenses and kind of in the way of visibility. They do work for reading and I’ll probably leave them on for a while to see if I get used to them. Short money and worth a try.

Just bought my second set
My favorite sunglasses for motorcycling are my Wiley X Jake shades, which I wear over contact lenses. But at 65 years old, I need some bifocal action to see my GPS and other items in the instrument cluster with proper clarity. I could have custom lenses made, but they would be very expensive. It turns out that the OPTX 20/20 Stick-On Bifocals in the +2.00 strength are the perfect solution. I applied them to the inside of the sunglasses lenses about three months ago and they're still holding fast and working perfectly. I've ordered some clear lenses for night/overcast day riding and will fit them with the second set of OPTX bifocals. This is a brilliantly simple solution to a problem that plagues most folks 50 and older and the price is right. If you're not sure what strength is right for you, go down to the drugstore and try on various strength reading glasses until you hit upon the ones that work best for you. Then order the OPTX bifocals of that strength. Another reviewer recommends applying them using the hottest water you can stand, so as to make them as soft and pliable as possible. Sounds like a great tip and one I'll use from now on.

Couldn't get them to properly adhere to the sunglasses.
Have used them in the past with good results. This last time I just couldn't get them to work, maybe it was the curvature of the lenses or a defective pair, but couldn't get them to adhere properly without bubbles in the middle top side of the stickers. After trying multiple times just had to throw them away. Shame as I love the concept.

They work when instructions followed exactly.
These are fantastic. I can finally wear cool sunnies again. Just make sure you let it take hold properly before using or getting them accidentally wet. Try to avoid water. Really good value for money especially when compared to the US Amazon site, where many items are jacked up to a ridiculous price as soon as they are put on the Australian Amazon site, these are a pretty fair equivalent. Thanks to the seller for keeping costs honest.
