These are really good. I bought these for my elderly mother who unfortunately developed a pressure sore while in a care home, so now she being treated at home, these are a godsend, although the nurses do have their own dressing, they like to use these too. Although it has been used they also tell me to keep them as spares just incase some how they forget to bring their own.

I was at first happy with this - but then realised that the whole of it is adhesive - including the pad going over the wound. So it was too painful to use.

I have a ulcer on my left thigh, and the cheap thin dressings that my Doctors gave me no pain relief or support . So I found these on Amazon which looked like they would do the job. They are very ,very expensive £40.00 for five dressings but I was hoping that they would last a couple of days before having to change them. The first thing I noticed that it is a big dressing but has just a small sticky border around them. Put the first one on in the morning and nine hours later it was hanging off. Put some tape around it to try and get a bit more use out of it , but in the end had to put another one on before bedtime. The whole box of five dressings lasted three days ! I will not be buying anymore of these dressings.

I like using these bandages for my mom who is on palliative care, and spends a lot of time in bed. They cover the area needed very well, the foam pad gives her better coverage and comfort. The bandages do not irritate her skin like most others do on her delicate skin. I wish they weren't so much , but they are worth it. I recommend them for use any pressure ulcer on the backside.
