I just purchase the product last Saturday 4/11/20. The sender I thought was on top of it! I received the product 4/15/20. I received it in 3 business days. I thought that was pretty fast. I seen a lot of reviews form people saying that it was some what difficult to put together. I thought it was very simple and pretty quick! I would have to say i put it together with in 20 mins. everything lined up perfectly. The product is pretty sturdy and the guilty is great. I would highly recommend this to anyone! Great value great product! Thank you

This is simple and looks nice and not expensive. I have large cats and it works for them. This is super cute. Putting it together was very easy!

It was easy to assemble and my cat likes it...little decieving that the houses are felt only and you velcro them on

This cat tree is so worth the money. I didn’t put all the cubbies in, since my car doesn’t really hide. She spends most of her time in the bed at the top. It’s very comfy and she is obsessed. Super easy to put together and arrived much faster than the estimated timeframe.

It is very cheaply made and very wobbly. It fell over with cats on it 3 times in 3 hours. Now they are too scared to go on it. Not covered in carpet but a cheaply velveteen barely applied material. Base too narrow so that when cats play on it it falls over. You don't get actual wooden carpet covered "houses". I can barely describe what they present you with. Its come thick material (smooth - nothing for claw sharpening) that you are supposed to wrap and then strap the material in the appropriate place. Never in my life could I figure out why these weird girdle looking things were in the box. Once I figured it out I laughed out loud. That's how ludicrous they are. Insulting actually. Run - do not waste your money.

So easy to built ,it took me and my bf like 20 mins to built it all together! Our cat kept playing with parts of it while we build it and once we finished he kept playing with it & he loves the top part of the cat tree he feels like a king 💖

It isnt sturdy at all.pic shows i have a chair up next to it.thinking about sending back.not for big cats like i thought it was.he hangs out all over.hes 7 with some back leg problems.no way for him to get on tree without ladders or that chair.its duel purpose.it would be good for little cats if you could fasten to wall better.

You definitely need to secure it to the wall with the plastic tab and screw that is included because it is wobbly but other than that it’s great. My kitten loves it!
