My doctor suggested this and I’ve only been taking it a few days. Easy to swallow. It was a good price and was just what I needed. I was supposed to be taking this and got it the easy way. The Amazon Way.

A few months ago, I went for a blood test. The next day a bruise started to develop where the blood was withdrawn. This bruise lasted a few weeks. Someone suggested I might be lacking something in my system. I looked up information on-line and read that sometimes bruises are caused by a lack of Vitamin K. This is why I order this item. Haven't had a blood test since so I can't be sure if it really works.

I've just started adding Vitamin K to my supplements as it is supposed to help with bone health. I like this one as the tablets are small and the dosage isn't over the top as for as the daily requirements for it. It has no odor, is easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste. It also seems to be a really good buy.

These are hard, dense, heavy little pills, but they're small and easy to swallow. I take K with a full meal containing fat, to improve the absorption. To be clear, this is K-1, not K-2. The label just says "K," but the fine print on the back says "Phytonadione," which is K-1. K-1 is less easily assimilated than K-2.I am not having any side effects from taking this so far. It's easy on my stomach. I'm honestly not feeling any different or seeing any changes at all.This bottle is a great value at $10 for 240 pills. A single pill is a full dose, so this will last a long time. There's a convenient flip top in the lid for dispensing.

Vitamins are vitamins….. notice no changes ….. only was advised to take vitamin k

Came as a chalky mess, all broken up and stuck to the sides of the bottle, and has no k2 whatsoever. I can't even send back, it says it's ineligible for returns despite being within the return period.
