I didn’t expect the order to come from Look Fantastic but they also gave hot chocolate freebies with the serums which was nice. The serum itself does make your skin purge it’s only been a month since I’ve started I’ve noticed my pores don’t clog as easily, unsure if that’s because of the serum but will keep trying.

My teenage daughter suffers with acne all over her face and this is the only product we have found that works for her. It was recommended by her cousin who also finds it very effective.

This serum has been a part of my skincare routine for over 2 years now.I have struggled with extremely bad acne since I was a teenager (I'm now 29), and therefore have tested a lot of products. I have sensitive skin and my skin breaks-out when using most oil products, which is why I decided to try this serum. I'm glad I found it! It's not oily, sinks into my skin, isn't heavy, and works well with mousituring factors (also sold by The Ordinary).I would like to make it clear that my acne clear up was due to several factors - changing my diet was the main cause, however, the remaining acne and scarring has been controlled due to this, cream (either the cream I mentioned earlier or aveeno), and a daily face wash I use.For anyone who suffers with acne, I want to make it clear that I'm not saying this alone clears it - it DOESN'T! But, after I was able to control my acne A LOT from excluding dietary items (dairy most notably) I was then able to use these products to clear scaring, etc.THE ORDINARY Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% 30ml, gives a glowly look and when applied initially feels kind of like a slugs texture but once it dries feels tight and gives a light bouncy feel. I apply my moisturiser on after and my skin looks noticeably better.I don't go a day without using this! I recommend this product at least for people to try!Note: Both photos are without makeup/editing. This product didn't clear the bulk of my acne (changing my diet did) HOWEVER, it helps maintain it. The photo shows what this helped with. My acne was a lot more severe than in the first photo (those are mainly scars and some acne). Second photo was taken just now.
